The Space:
Looking to get away from it all and enjoy some relaxation? This is the perfect place for a couples retreat or a small family vacation! All the comforts of home but with spectacular views off the direct oceanfront private balcony. This completely remodeled oceanfront luxury studio is located at the North end of the "Golden Mile" - close enough to walk to local restaurants and attractions without being in the thick of the crowds.
This is a 4th-floor King Suite at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront studio is fully furnished with a king bed, an oversized chair, a large dresser and closet for storage, a dining table and chairs, a 55" Smart TV with basic cable, complimentary wifi, a private bathroom with a tub/shower and vanity, and a kitchen area with an induction stovetop without an oven. In addition to the beautiful, modern updates inside, this condo has its own private balcony with table and chairs, from which past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunrises!
The kitchen features a full-size fridge, a two-burner cooktop, a full size microwave, and a kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes, cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also provided so you can enjoy your favorite brew while watching the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.

All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged).
**Free onsite parking garage. On property, parking is available and included. 1-Bedroom Suites and Studios will receive 1 Parking Permit at check-in.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.
Extra services such as early check-ins, late check-outs, romantic packages, birthday packages are available.
ADDITIONAL FEES: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspection, and office teams and often inconvenience our next incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.
NON SMOKING: The Boardwalk Resort is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT: Violators will be subject to a minimum of a $250 fine and additional cleaning costs may pertain.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
