Boasting lavish amenities and room for the whole family, spend your days next to the private pool (with a slide) or stargazing from the hot tub. The lovely outdoor space also features a comfy firepit area, grill, lush lawn, expansive porch, and yard games, creating the perfect backdrop for spending time with loved ones in the warm sunshine. There’s even a golf cart available during the summer! When looking to explore, you’ll find Woodlands Course at Whittaker, Friendship Botanic Gardens, and Washington Park Beach & Zoo all within about nine miles.

Inside, the bliss continues in the bright and cozy living area adorned with stylish furnishings, a smart TV, and a fireplace to snuggle up to during blissful downtime. A chic, well-appointed kitchen hosts everything you need to cook up tasty meals and snacks. Whip up something delicious and gather on the screened porch to gaze at the tranquil scenery and wildlife. As the evening winds down, play Ping-Pong or arcade games on the lower level, before gathering around the firepit for s’mores under the star-speckled sky.

Things to Know
Complimentary wood is provided for the firepit.
The golf cart is available from June through August.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The trampoline is not permitted for guest use.
Events and large gatherings are not permitted at this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
