★ Arrival: Our distinctive sky blue and beige brick house, with its expansive driveway and fenced backyard accommodating up to 10 vehicles, offers convenient access with smart locks on both entrance doors. Inside, find a tidy space with a shoe rack and coat hanger.

★ Living Room (1st Floor): Relax in our cozy living room with a massage reclining chair and a 75" smart TV offering Netflix, Disney Plus, and Hulu. Adjust the temperature with ease using the nearby thermostat.

★ Dining Room (1st Floor): Enjoy meals at our spacious table, complemented by six charming chairs for a cozy dining experience. Families with toddlers will find a convenient stand-up baby chair with a strap and food tray. The accent wall, adorned with shelf decor and greenery, adds a unique ambiance to the room.

★ Kitchen (1st Floor): Our open kitchen is stocked with essentials and top-notch appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and air fryer. A mini snack bar provides additional seating for quick bites or morning coffee.

★ Bedrooms (1st & 2nd Floor): With sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests, our home offers 4 distinct bedrooms, ensuring everyone enjoys a comfortable stay. On the main floor, discover a queen bedroom and an office desk equipped with a 24" monitor – perfect for work or leisure activities, complete with an HDMI cable for your convenience. This queen bedroom on the main floor also boasts an attached private full bathroom, providing added convenience and privacy for guests. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with a full-sized bottom and top twin bunk bed, complemented by a baby crib for added convenience, and the third featuring two queen-sized beds along with an office desk. Each bedroom boasts ample closet space, complete with hangers and laundry bins, ensuring a clutter-free stay for all guests. Additionally, both the first and second floors feature comfortable carpet flooring, providing warmth and coziness underfoot throughout your stay. Each bed is furnished with comfortable mattresses, bedding, and throw blankets, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep for every guest.

★ Bathrooms (1st & 2nd Floor): Our home features two full bathrooms for your comfort. The main level bathroom offers a stand-up shower, while the second-floor bathroom includes a relaxing tub. Both are well-appointed with modern amenities and stocked with essentials for your convenience, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toilet paper, a hairdryer, cotton swabs and floss. Each bathroom also comes equipped with a removable showerhead offering different spray options, allowing guests to tailor their shower experience to their preferences. Fresh towels and washcloths are thoughtfully provided on each bed, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, with extra supplies conveniently stored in the wall cabinet located on the 2nd floor, right next to the bathroom.

★ Theme Room/Renovated Attic (3rd Floor): Whether you're a family seeking a magical escape or a group of friends looking for a playful getaway, this themed room is sure to delight all guests with its charming decor and themed accents. Unwind in comfort with our 55" smart TV equipped with Netflix, Disney, and Hulu, providing endless entertainment options. The TV-stand shelves are stocked with numerous board game options for lively evenings of friendly competition. Experience the thrill of our 200lbs limit ceiling swing, adding an element of excitement to your stay. Marvel at the amazing starlight projector, which transforms the room into a mesmerizing celestial wonderland. For relaxation, two futon sofas offer modern faux leather comfort complete with cup holders and armrests, providing the perfect spot to lounge and enjoy your favorite movies or games. With these amenities and more, our renovated attic retreat promises an unforgettable stay filled with fun and relaxation for all our guests.

★ Basement (Lower Level): Discover a fully equipped laundry area and stay tuned for the addition of workout equipment, providing both utility and convenience during your stay.

★ Thoughtful Touches: Enjoy complimentary snacks and personal care items throughout your stay, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction during your time with us.

Before booking, please ensure to review all listing details thoroughly, especially the house rules. Additionally, take note of the following:

★ Stairs to access both entrance doors, basement, 2nd floor, and 3rd floor. Please be cautious near these areas, especially with the basement ceiling's height limitation.

★ Weight limits for the electric reclining massage chair in the living room (275lbs) and the attic indoor swing (200lbs) must be respected for safety.

★ Safety devices: For security measures and to ensure all guest's and property safety, we have four 24/7 active cameras positioned in each corner outside the property, recording live video and audio. Additionally, there is a live Ring camera recording video and audio at the main front entrance door. There are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the house. We have carbon monoxide and smoke detectors installed inside the property. They are located in the living room, dining area, kitchen, and the hallway on the second floor.

★ A binder within the property provides detailed information on amenities, appliances, and local recommendations for dining and activities.

HOUSE RULES:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
★ Self check-in with keypad
★ Check-in time: 3pm - 10pm
★ Check-out time: 11am
★ Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
★ Late check-out fee: $350

2. No Smoking:
★ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

3. Pets:
★ No pets allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
★ If approved, an additional pet fee may apply.

4. Noise:
★ Respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially between [11pm-7am]. Maintain noise levels below 80 decibels at all times to respect the general noise ordinance. Exceeding limits may result in a warning and, if not addressed, potential involvement of authorities and removal from premises.

5. Occupancy:
★ The maximum number of guests is 10.
★ Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors allowed.

6. Parties and Events:
★ Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval.
★ Please inform us if you plan to host a gathering or small event, and we can discuss the details.

7. Damages:
★ Report any damages or breakages immediately.
★ Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

8. Kitchen:
★ Please clean up after using the kitchen.
★ Dispose of food waste in the trash can.

9. Security:
★ Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
★ Do not share access codes with unauthorized individuals.

10. Respect for Property:
★ Treat the property with care and respect.
★ Do not rearrange furniture/appliances without permission.

11. Parking:
★ Use the private driveway on the left side of the house. Can fit up to 10 vehicles. Parking in backyard is allowed.

12. Use of property Address:
★ Do not use the property address for any purposes other than your stay.
★This includes but is not limited to business meetings, deliveries, or as a point of contact for services.

13. Emergency Procedures:
★ In case of an emergency, contact [911] or property host based on type of emergency.

14. Communication:
★ Please communicate any concerns or issues promptly.
★ We are here to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or eviction without refund. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Violation of the following rules will result in an immediate $750 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation and removal by police authority if needed.

1. No Smoking:
★ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
★ An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs inside the property.

2. No Pets:
★ No pets allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
★ If approved, an additional pet fee of $150 will apply per pet. Picture and vet records will be required for approval.

3. No Partying/Events:
★ Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval.
★ Unauthorized parties or events will incur an additional $1,250 fee.

4. No Tampering with Security Cameras:
★Tampering with security cameras is strictly prohibited.

5. No Extra Guests:
★ The maximum number of registered guests is 10, unless prior approval is obtained. No unregistered visitors allowed.
★ Additional guests beyond the specified limit will incur a fee of $150 per person per night, subject to approval.

6. No Drugs or Weapons:
★ The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited.

7. Don't Use the property Address for Any Purposes:
★ Do not use the property address for any purposes other than your stay.

Overnight Stay
Beautiful home. We loved the attic area with the swing chair and the cool lighting. The toiletry bags on the beds were very thoughtful and definitely a nice bonus for our stay. Very nice location as it is within walking distance of a lot of places to eat and drink. Excellent communication from the host as well!
