The house features high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that will make you feel right at home. The living room is spacious and comes with a gas fireplace and a TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the major appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, so preparing meals will be a breeze. There is one bedroom on the main floor with an AC unit and a second bedroom upstairs. Other amenities include free WIFI and a stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen.

This stunning house is conveniently located just a mile away from FloydFest, an annual music and arts festival that draws 10,000-15,000 visitors. Other nearby attractions that are worth visiting include Smart View Recreation Area on Blue Ridge Parkway, Pine Spur Overlook, Cahas Mountain Overlook, Floyd Country Store, Stiles Falls, and Bottom Creek Gorge Preserve.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
