Hop in your car and in 25 minutes you will be in the vibrant Dubai Marina where you can lay on JBR beach or shop at luxurious retail stores at Marina Mall. Drive a little further and explore the iconic Palm.

As you enter this amazing studio apartment, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambience. The apartment features a well-designed open-concept living space, a comfortable double bed, a cosy sitting area, and a two-person dining table. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, and all the basic utensils and cookware you need to prepare your own meals.

The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with tasteful decor, providing a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and cheerful space. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, catch up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable channels, or simply unwind with a book or a cup of coffee.

Laya Mansion is a well-maintained building that offers a range of amenities for your convenience, including a rooftop swimming pool where you can take a dip and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area. There's also a fully-equipped gym, perfect for staying active during your stay.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management). A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
