Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed and a convenient pull-out sofa in the basement area, providing flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate larger parties. While there is only one full bathroom, there are two half-baths on the ground and basement floor.

The newly renovated kitchen is a true chef's delight, featuring high-end appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Prepare delicious meals and gather around the large dining table to enjoy them together. And enjoy the outdoor barbeque and patio area, with a new gas grill for your outdoor gatherings.

With a walk score of 93% (a walker's paradise), plenty of buses are available in the neighborhood and can take you all over the city, but exploring on foot is an easy option as well! The closest metro is the Shaw - Howard University Station, which is a 10 minute stroll from the home, and follows the Green-Yellow lines. BE on the lawn of the National Mall in under 25 minutes! Uber taxis are plentiful also.
