Wide-open skies offer endlessly changing vistas that come alive under a blanket of evening stars. Private perks like a covered porch and a hot tub let you soak it all in while indulging in the utmost cozy comfort. There's also a private gas grill for summertime cookouts. Chilly nights can be spent reading, conversing, or playing board games in the living room. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to handle home cooking. There's no need to wait at a local charging station, as this home provides a Level 2 EV charger. Additional essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great spot

Beautiful new home in a great location. Awesome view of the mountains at sunset. The hot tub was perfect. Very convenient to all the area has to offer. Would highly recommend staying here

House is Great - Water Pressure is still an On-Going Issue

The house is beautiful and very comfortable - exactly like the pictures; however, we reported very low water pressure in all hot water facets and have come to find out this seems to be an on-going problem. We were told by Vacasa that someone would stop by to resolve the problem. No one ever came. When I inquired again, I received no response. Having no hot water pressure resulted in us not being able to shower the entire weekend. We also reported the dishwasher would not turn on. Again, no one came to help. On Sunday the Owner happened to arrive early at 10:00 a.m. to start cleaning up (even though we paid for a late check-out) and was annoyed that we were still there and that we were asking about both situations. Owner claims he was not notified by Vacasa regarding our late check-out. He did fix the dishwasher (fuse issue). He began cutting the grass and performing other outside maintenance. When he started to use the weed trimmer around the sidewalk where we were coming in and out of the house to pack the car, we felt pushed and left before our 2:00 p.m. late check-out.

Great, convenient house for small group/family

My husband and I stayed here with our newborn daughter for a short weekend. We are building a house in Deep Creek and come here often for meetings and to check on the progress. This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in! Unlike many others, they provided linens, fully stocked paper towels, trash bags, dish soap etc. The home is basically brand new and had great amenities and all the supplies we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. It's also very convenient, about a 5 min drive to Wisp and boat rentals, main stores and activities in downtown Deep Creek. We will very likely be booking again!

Renters BEWARE

When we arrived that night we had no idea what we were going to find the next morning. There was little to know water pressure in all bathrooms & kitchen. Along with that there was no hot water. The toilets were filled with orangish mud water & the faucets had discolored water with sediment. When we contacted Vacasa about the issue at 10am we were told someone would come assess the water. That person didn't arrive until 3pm. After the person discovered there was no fixing the problem we asked if they would relocate us. The vacasa rep said, "A broken water heater isn't considered an amenity". WOW! You're right, it's a NECESSITY! After MUCH back & forth they finally said someone would be contacting us to choose another property. We finally made contact with them at 9pm that night. The house was inhabitable & unfinished. The outside needs MUCH landscaping & the driveway isn't finished. There was construction trash & equipment still on the property. When we booked there were no other reviews, now I see people stayed before us having the SAME water issue. This house should have never been available to rent. Many aspects of the home made it obvious it was "finished" in a hurry. The hot tub was also filled with dirt/sediment & was our only hot water source during our stay. I will say the layout of the home was nice. The living room furniture, dining room furniture was comfortable. The beds....rock hard. People need to be warned about this before booking the home.Call before you book

Rough

Will never use vacasa again. The house is adorable and a new build. When we got there my kids immediately wanted to try hot tub and we found dirt sediment in it but didn't think much of it. After the hot tub we went to dinner and came back to the house. When we tried to shower our kids the water would barley come out of shower and when we tried the other it would not work. Then diet started coming out of the showers and sinks and when you flushed toilet mud came out. There was a lawn chair in the middle of the yard. The beds were the hardest we've ever seen. My 5 year old woke up complaining about it hurting him. We reached out to customer service and were told for two days they were reaching out to their "team" and someone would contact us. We left after the first night because we were unable to use water. Still have not received a response from anyone. Awful. Will never use vacasa again and hopefully this home can fix their major water issues and beds.
