Please remember, a 'Lake Permission Card' is required for these activities and can be found on the piano. It's crucial to place it back after use.

Our outdoor area is equipped with tables and chairs under the deck, perfect for enjoying the serene environment. A ready-to-use charcoal grill is also available, to be used on the designated ground area for safety.

Our guests are welcome to relish the serene beauty of the lake. For those wishing to engage in fishing, boating, snowmobiling, or canoeing, a 'Lake Permission Card' is required. You'll find this card on top of the piano. Please ensure to carry it with you while enjoying these activities.

However, we urge all our guests to respect the safety rules regarding the lake. Walking on the frozen lake is strictly prohibited due to the inherent dangers and is not allowed under any circumstances.

Our house features a lovely outdoor space for your enjoyment. Underneath the deck area, you will find outdoor tables and chairs, perfect for dining or relaxing in the fresh air. Additionally, a ready-to-use charcoal grill is available in this area.

Please note that for safety reasons, the charcoal grill should be used only on the designated ground area adjacent to the wooden porch, and not directly on the porch itself. This ensures both your safety and the preservation of the property.

Our house features a fireplace; however, please be advised that it is currently non-operational and has been covered for safety reasons.
We kindly request that you do not remove the cover or attempt to use the fireplace under any circumstances. This is a crucial safety measure to prevent any accidents or damage.

Charcoal Grill and Firepit Usage
To enhance your outdoor experience at our lakeside house, we offer a charcoal grill and a firepit for your enjoyment. Please note that guests are required to bring their own charcoal for the grill and wood for the firepit. These supplies are not provided at the house.Always use the grill on a dirt ground surface, not on the wooden deck, to ensure safety and prevent any risk of fire.

Important Note Regarding the Piano:
While our charming cottage features a piano, we kindly request our guests to refrain from using or touching it. This instrument holds sentimental value and is part of the cottage's unique character. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us preserve this special piece.

Connectivity Information:
Please note that in our cottage's location, Verizon cellular service is not available. However, guests using T-Mobile and AT&T will find adequate reception. Additionally, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the cottage for your convenience and connectivity needs.
