The Space:
From your first steps into this home, you’ll know you’ve entered a haven of cozy luxury. From the front doors, head up the stairs to the main level, where you’ll be greeted with an open floor plan living and dining area, complete with soaring timber ceilings, a roaring stone fireplace, and fashionably-worn leather furnishings. In the living room, you’ll also find a custom entertainment center set inside the stone wall beside the fireplace, along with easy access to the deck area to enjoy your meals on beautiful days. The dining room table is another highlight of this space, featuring plenty of seating thanks to the custom leather sofa that seats up to 6 people.

From here, it’s easy to access the kitchen area, where you’ll find every appliance you could ever need, from the gas stove top to the under-counter microwave. There’s also seating at the bar area, providing room for up to 4 of your friends and family for a delicious breakfast or evening meal.

The bedrooms are easily the best part of this home, and the master bedroom even boasts its own fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly winter nights. The master bedroom is also complete with an en suite bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, his and her vanities, and a Jacuzzi-style tub for your at-home spa experiences. The other bedrooms are nothing to scoff at either, each of which is equipped with its own TV and nearby bathrooms, which feature either a walk-in shower or a full bathtub. There’s even a bedroom with full-sized bunk beds that’s perfect for your younger guests.

As far as entertainment goes, there are plenty of options in this luxurious home. Downstairs, you’ll find a theater room that’s great for bingeing movies and TV shows, with ample seating for you and your guests to relax in. The backyard area is also one of the big highlights of the home, featuring a state-of-the-art hot tub and tons of seating to enjoy the gorgeous Utah weather.

There’s no shortage of luxurious amenities at this getaway, but there’s also practical touches as well, such as the washer and dryer and the large garage, which can fit up to 2 vehicles at a time.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the garage and driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This home is your gateway to Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that’s within a few minutes drive of the Sterling Express Lift, it’s easy to access any of Deer Valleys numerous ski trails. Not only that, but downtown Park City is just a 10-minute drive away, allowing you to access even more skiing, eating, and shopping opportunities. In addition, this home is only about a 20 minute drive from Jordanelle State Park, where you’ll find plenty of recreational activities to explore, no matter what season you visit.

Getting Around:
Getting around Park City couldn’t be easier, whether you’ve rented a car or have decided to take public transportation. This home is only an 8 minute walk to the closest bus stop (Bellarbor) and from there, it’s a cinch to take the bus to Park City proper for some shopping and fine dining.

Uber/Lyft are available as well.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
