The Palms is a gorgeous, period-themed house near Miramar Beach intended to provide you with the utmost comfort, luxury, and relaxation. With 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, access to a wonderful community swimming pool and clubhouse among other amenities, and sleeping space for up to 12, there’s plenty of room for a sizable get-together.

We partnered with Loma Homes, whose inspired designs have produced memorable, one-of-a-kind experiences for guests, and The Palms promises to be no different. Newly converted in October 2023, delighted to welcome you to this beautiful home.

Located on Tranquility Lane in the relaxing cobbled street neighborhood, The Palms is just a 6-minute walk from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach, which inspired Loma Homes to infuse a flavor of South Florida throughout the home. Themes that harken to the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel in LA. Include palm fronds, sea birds, rose-pink hues, black-and-white stripes, gold hardware, and other 1920s Hollywood details, creating the ultimate retro-glam getaway.

Enjoy a meal and retreat to the second-floor sun deck, or after a short stroll to the beach, relax on the outside patio, while the kids of any age make the most of the game room and entertainment options in the open first-floor living space. In the evening hours, head over to the hot tub, large pool, or any of the other amenities at the clubhouse.

The home’s ground floor features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living/dining area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and a game room. The second floor features the other 2 bedrooms, 2 more full baths, and an outdoor patio with a sitting area.

Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of whether a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us has to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

An external rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.
