LIFE GUARD- il y a un stand de garde de la vie juste à l'entrée de la plage. Sentez-vous en sécurité avec les sauveteurs qui sont à la plage de 21h à 18h.

PATIO- Grand patio couvert avec beaucoup de sièges, manger et barbecue. C'est juste à côté de la piscine. Vous pouvez profiter de beaucoup d'ombre dans l'après-midi et beaucoup de soleil tôt le matin pour les baigneurs de soleil.

WRAP AUTOUR DE LA PLATE-FORME COUVERTE- Accrocher sur le pont pour l'ombre tôt le matin, beaucoup de places assises et un endroit idéal pour boire votre café ou sortir de la pluie. 4 portes dans la maison vous mène à la terrasse couverte.

Piscine: La maison a l'une des plus grandes piscines dans le quartier 12. 5 x 28 pieds et environ 8 pieds de profondeur! La piscine a un rebord de marche qui va autour de la fin profonde, une caractéristique intéressante. Il a également 4 sièges qui sont dans la piscine où vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre avec une boisson fraîche, mon endroit préféré. La piscine est privée et est entourée de palmiers.
La maison est d'environ 2300 pieds carrés, plan d'étage ouvert.

The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay went great! The kids absolutely loved the pool and the location was perfect a short walk from the beach and a short drive to the popular attractions in Destin!

Destin home away from home!

My family and I enjoyed Lydia’s place so much! It literally felt like we were home. The pool was great and the perfect size for my family. The kids stayed in it daily during our stay lol it’s great to know that this home was their family home where they raised their 3 sons. There was more than enough space for us and bathrooms and super close to the beach access. It’s walking distance but the golf cart was a great addition. Lydia was helpful in making sure we felt welcomed and knew the ins and outs of Destin. Communication was top tier. Any questions we had were answered/addressed promptly. We would love to come back maybe during the summer! Thanks again

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect house for the 11 of us that spent the weekend. The covered porch was great for hanging out in the shade, the pool was very clean, and the front yard is perfect for cornhole. The 6 seater golf cart made transportation/parking at the beach a breeze. Comfortable beds and plenty of parking. Great place to stay!

Awesome host!

Super friendly host who replied promptly to our needs. The house was perfect for our family group of 11 and still with plenty of space! The pool was the highlight of the trip- our kids spent hours in the pool day and night! Would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

The property is excellent! My friends and I (12 total) fit comfortably in the house. It is only a short walk from the beach, and the pool was a great hangout spot when we weren't in the mood for the beach. The owners are super nice as well. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation!

This place was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. My husband and I, our 3 grown children and their spouses and children and my 87yr old Mom. Nice place to stay

This was in a nice location to everything in Destin. The pool was great, the outdoor sitting area (you can see the street so not private) but my family loved it out there. The kids loved the basketball hoop as well. The inside was nice nothing fancy but homey. Lydia was a good host I would recommend this property.

Fabulous stay

We had a large group of friends rent this property for a week, the house fit us all very comfortably. We loved the outdoor living space it the perfect place to rest and watch a movie while still getting to be outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The pool area is also fantastic the pool is huge!

We loved the house, outdoor area and pool. We would definitely stay here again. The host were courteous and prompt for any issues that we had. The beach area was not great. Clean and comfy

Older style house that was very clean and comfortable Short walk to beach ( less than 10 minutes) Kids had fun in backyard pool and liked outside tv under large covered porch area. Last minute getaway

This was very last minute after cancelling my birthday trip to Jamaica. I was shocked to find such a beautiful property so close to the 4th. House was very clean and the amenities were great. Especially the pool. We didn’t need to buy anything. Property is right around the corner from everything. Lydia was very responsive and accommodating. I’m hoping we make this an annual trip moving forward - and will definitely stay more than two nights in the future.

Perfect family getaway!

The house is exactly as described in the listing. The walk to the beach was easy. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The perfectly stocked kitchen was the best feature for us. Great house, great location, great host.

The house was directly as listed, was perfect for 4 couples. Lydia was amazing accommodated us getting in early on Friday since our flights got there so early. She came back showed us how to work a few things and was very responsive. Would love to see a ceiling fan outside on the patio but other than that everything was great.

Annual Family Vacay

It was our first trip to Destin, Florida and overall our stay was very nice! The house is a short walking distance to the beach. However we still rented a golf cart which worked out really nicely. There is a free parking lot just for the carts next to the beach entry we used. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. It was a quiet area which we really appreciated. This was the first family trip we made since the passing of my sister in law and we made a lot of happy memories while staying here. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had the best week in Destin staying with Lydia. She was always helpful and responsive whenever we reached out. Our flights got changed and she let us check in early so we didn’t have to lug everything around all day with our 11 month old in toe. The house was close to everything we needed/ wanted to do, we didn’t need to use a vehicle at all. A short golf cart ride to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back and we couldn’t recommend this trip enough!

We are a family of five. My husband a Soldier for the U.S. Navy, three boys ages 16, 14 and 11 and a myself a housewife. We love the city of Destin and the 'K Sea's' home. We got transferred here two years ago and we are sad to leave this small town full of happy tourist and the best beaches. We are being transferred again to Virginia Beach. We plan on coming back after we retire from the military and meanwhile we have to rent the home. We hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do. Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Being in the military we have traveled so much. We have seen many beaches, but nothing beats Crystal beach. I enjoy driving the golf cart down the block and getting to the beach, I enjoy walking around the corner to O'Quigiles and getting a beer and watch the latest game. I enjoy the drinking a glass of wine on the porch and listen to the 22 palm trees at the 'K Sea's' home.
