The Space:
This beautiful 6 bedroom home is located at the ChampionsGate Resort, which is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure. The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort-style pool with a two story water slide, and a relaxing 850 foot lazy river. In addition, there is a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a jacuzzi hot tub, a wave pool, and a poolside tiki bar. There are also sun loungers and poolside cabanas with food and drink service. Inside the state-of-the-art clubhouse, there is a fully-equipped fitness center with an aerobics studio. It is air conditioned and has top-notch equipment. There are also plenty of sports courts outside to burn off those theme park calories!

The home itself is pet-friendly and can host up to 14 guests at a time. It has a sparkling pool and spill-over hot tub on the back patio. The patio faces a garden view, so there's extra privacy without any rear facing neighbors! Relax and soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the patio loungers. Or enjoy a BBQ meal cooked off your own grill, and eat it al fresco at the poolside dining table.

The garage has been converted into a games room, and you'll find family favorites like billiards, and air hockey there for your enjoyment. There's even a PS3 game console! Even the upstairs lounge has a Xbox One so your whole crew will stay entertained throughout your holiday!

On the main level, you'll find 2 bedrooms and 4 more upstairs. Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own smart TV - with high speed internet connection of course! The ground level offers a King bedroom and Queen bedroom, while upstairs there is another King suite, a room with two double beds, and two other bedrooms that each have two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of dining space. It is loaded with high end appliances, including a dishwasher, and spacious granite countertops. There's loads of cupboard space to hold everyone's snacks and also in home laundry machines should you need them for any messy eaters!

You can park in the driveway and you can also find parking on the nearby street. If required, there is day parking available at the clubhouse (no overnight parking).

Guests get free complimentary access to the resort, and the resort clubhouse will blow you away! The Oasis Clubhouse at Champions gate is absolutely packed with facilities for entertainment, dining, sports and business, so whether it’s a meal you have on your mind, or you need to get in touch with the office, you’ll find everything you need here at the Clubhouse. It has an expansive water park with a quiet zone, lane swim pool, jacuzzi hot tub, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a two story waterslide, an 850-foot lazy river, and a wave pool. Bring on the goggles and floaties! There's also poolside cabanas, sun loungers and a poolside tiki bar. Onsite staff also organize and run daily entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
Disney’s Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood studios are all less than 20 minutes drive from the house. Universal studios is less than 40 minutes from the house.

There is also a movie theatre, fitness centre, dance/exercise studio, children’s day club, internet room, gaming arcade, shop, beach volleyball court and a poolside tiki bar. Guests get complimentary access to the resort facilities.

Getting Around:
The Oasis Club at Champions Gate: Considered one of the most beautiful resort communities in all of Davenport area! This ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World theme parks via FL-429 S (this route has tolls) or Westside Blvd. Also, close by are many dining, local wineries, shopping and entertainment options!

Additional Services:
Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details. If you would like your pool heated, please let us know in advance as the pool takes some time to heat up.
