The Neighborhood:
Bella Vida Resort is a beautiful, gated community located in Kissimmee, Florida. The neighborhood is situated just minutes away from some of Orlando's most popular attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The community itself is filled with lush greenery and boasts a stunning lake with a walking trail that's perfect for an afternoon stroll. The resort offers a wide range of amenities for its guests, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, and swimming pool.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to (2) vehicles in the garage. Please note that street parking is prohibited.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you.
The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which can be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.
The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
