Pensacola Beach is only eight miles away.

This charming walk-up suite comes fully furnished for private home living. Ductless, split-type heating-and-cooling provides complete comfort no matter the season. The uncovered deck lets you take advantage of the sunshine and blue skies with features including a gas grill and dining table. High-speed WiFi and a 65-inch Roku smart TV are equipped for web browsing, 4K streaming, remote working, and video calling.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Owner has 2 security cameras near the driveway that are visible to guests from the front of the unit but they are inactive at this time, even though they are allowed.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
