Under new management it's all about the experience. We're always looking to stand out in the best possible way. The owners have teamed up with a local Superhost and Property Manager Michelle to add a more personal and responsive experience to compliment your stay.
Plenty of activities in the area, Buccaneer Bay and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park are less than two miles from home. Visiting the springs is a must, Two and a half miles away is Delta Woods Park for scenic walks and picnics.
The space
A few things stand out, with an open floor plan that flows, our home is spacious and wraps around the kitchen with access to a large Lanai, outdoor dining area and heated pool. Nestled back near the 7th tee of Oak Hills Golf Club for a very private stay! Plenty dining options and shopping within just a few miles - High Speed Wifi everywhere, large screen SMART TV in every room. Something for everyone to spread-out and re-charge from the everyday.
Guest access
no real restrictions inside the home, we have two locked closets for maintenance and the owners otherwise this home is yours during your stay. Keep you car out of the hot sun and pull into the garage if you like.

PLEASE, NO PARKING ON THE GRASS, we have sprinklers.
Other things to note
You will be provide with access information including Wifi the day before check-in

People you may see on the property include:

- Rob the pool guy, usually he comes on Wednesday but it's not a rule as his schedule changes.

- Landscaper Steve and Stephens Lawn care, usually Tuesday or Wednesday

We have three wifi access points that may look like Alexa devices, One in the Master Bedroom, one in the Queen Bedroom. If you want full access to Wifi don't unplug them.

We respect your privacy, please respect our home. To protect our home and investment, we do have cameras on the exterior at points of entry and facing out. We are not here to watch you, it's only protection for just in-case. Thank you for your understanding up-front. If you have any concerns with this please don't book.

Family friendly home

Home was every bit as nice as the photos. Open plan with two living rooms and nice golf course views. Quiet area and easy to get around. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with and was able to get the pool heater turned on. Highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in the area.

Close to everything you want to explore here on adventure coast! Spacious, clean and very accommodating to all of our needs. We are definitely planning to return to this beautiful property.

Step outside to the large Lanai, outdoor dining area, and heated pool, offering the perfect space for relaxation and enjoyment. Nestled near the 7th tee of Oak Hills Golf Club, our retreat offers a private and peaceful getaway.

Explore the abundant activities in the area, with attractions like Buccaneer Bay and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park just a stone's throw away. A visit to the springs is a must-do, and Delta Woods Park, located two and a half miles away, provides picturesque walks and picnic spots.

Experience comfort and convenience during your stay. Equipped with high-speed WiFi and large screen SMART TVs in every room, our home offers ample space for everyone to unwind and recharge from their daily routines. Inside, there are minimal restrictions, allowing you to make this home truly yours. Please note that there are two locked closets for maintenance, while the rest of the home is completely yours to enjoy. Additionally, feel free to park your car in the garage to keep it cool during hot days.

Situated in a peaceful golf course community, our home is located at the beginning of a cul-de-sac, providing a serene environment for morning or evening walks and runs. Parking is plentiful in the driveway, but if necessary, street parking is available.
