The South Austin Oasis

This bright and cozy ranch home is the perfect place to call home for a short or long stay. Full of light, and renovated and designed to be a restful space for your group. Enjoy an open kitchen / dinning / living room that allows for sharing a meal or watching a movie on Netflix. The back yard is perfect for your furry friend, and a quiet space to relax. We are close to shopping and dinning, and just 15 min south of Zilker park, South Congress, and Downtown Austin.

The Space:
This ranch home is ready for your group's visit! Just a 15 min drive from all the action, this home is quite and relaxing yet easy to access the best things in Austin.

Our driveway has parking for 2 + cars, and more on the street if needed.

Our ranch home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enter to a bright and open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. This space has fresh paint, and beautifully updated flooring. Enjoy quarts counter-tops and stainless appliances in this open concept kitchen. Our living room is a great place to relax after a long day, and our dinning table is great for a meal together.

The owner suite is spacious. It has a king bed, TV, desk, and walk-in closet. Enjoy a full en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and mounted TV. The 3rd bedroom currently has a desk, couch, and a queen air mattress. For a longer stay, we would consider adding a 3rd bed for a small extra cost. Just let us know!

Our back yard is the perfect spot for quiet relaxation, and your pet friend to enjoy! Austin is very dog friendly, and so just let us know if you are bringing a pet.

Other Things to Note:
Our garage has some of our items in storage, and is not available for use by guests. There is a laundry washer and dryer in the garage, and guests are welcome to use and access those machines during their stay.

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
