Upon entering the house on the second floor, which is wheelchair accessible, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms on the left side of the hallway and three generously sized bedrooms on the right side of the hallway. The interior design and furnishings exude an air of elegance and comfort. The space opens to a sprawling kitchen and family room at the entryway, complete with a 70-inch Roku TV and an electric fireplace. Comfortable leather couches and expansive windows provide magnificent views of downtown Blowing Rock. The space extends to a massive 1,357-square-foot artificial turf-covered deck overlooking Main Street, perfect for taking in the scenery.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with a new gas stove, gas cooktop, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, large stainless steel refrigerator, and a substantial kitchen island with white marble countertops and a gleaming gold-colored faucet. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cutting boards, and coffee makers, a Keurig with initial K Pods, a regular coffee maker, a toaster oven, a blender, baby high chair, Pack N Play, and more. The dining area comfortably seats eight people at a handcrafted wooden resin table imported from Turkey, with an additional six seats available at the kitchen bar top. The house is fully stocked with all the essential appointments to make you and your guests feel at home.

For entertainment, the house provides games like Connect 4, UNO, Monopoly, and Texas Holdem cards and chips for rainy days. Outdoor fun is facilitated with cornhole boards on the large deck. Each bedroom is furnished with queen-size beds, ceiling fans, separate HVAC Units, and smart TVs, allowing guests to personalize their streaming experience with their own login accounts, including Roku TVs. Curtains that can be drawn for privacy are provided on all windows. The property offers initial supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, high-quality linens, fluffy white towels, new mattresses, and a selection of soft and firm pillows. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, soap, shampoo, and bath products, with body water massage showers and a Waterfall Feature in each.

A common area laundry room located on the side entrance on the second floor in Unit B features two washing machines, two dryers, laundry pods, and a Pack-N-Play to make your stay stress-free.

All guests must adhere to the Town of Blowing Rock Rules and Regulations at all times.
The primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
Pets of any kind are not allowed without prior approval and written permission from the owner.
Landline phones are not available inside the house.
The Jacuzzi is shared by tenants on both floors, so please maintain the temperature at 101 Degrees at all times.
Parties, events, or weddings require prior approval and written permission.
Events with vendors or other large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
A quiet hour of 9 PM must be observed to respect the full-time residents nearby.
Outdoor surveillance cameras are in place for security.
The homeowner uses a CPI Security System for your safety; you can set the alarm system as needed.
Each bedroom has an assigned parking space; parking spaces 3 through 5 are located outside in the lower-level parking lot on the right side of the building, while spaces 1 and 2 are in the upper-level parking lot around the back of the building, designated for this house only.

This place was incredible. It is exactly where you want to be in Blowing Rock with restaurants, bars, and shops all around you. The restaurant downstairs is very nice and you don't hear noise from there at all. The furnishings are all very nice and upscale. Some of the nicest amenities I've had at a rental. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for friends and family trips.

A very gorgeous Christmas
we love staying in downtown blowing rock when we visit but I've been frustrated that I could never find a place large enough for my family to stay together… Until now. this 5 bedroom condo is magnificent! A chefs kitchen, beautifully appointed bedrooms and baths, outdoor grilling and play space... essential for the rainy weather we encountered. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is within walking distance of every single thing you could ever want to do in the Darling village of blowing rock. We will definitely be back over and over.

Great spot on Main St in Blowing Rock!
Spacious condo on Main St in Blowing Rock, NC. My family and I were there for Thanksgiving this year and what a great place to stay. It is a beautifully appointed condo with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Slept 8 with no issues, the place was perfect for us. 5 minute walk from the playground behind Town Hall in Blowing Rock. All the restaurants and stores that the town has to offer are all within a short walk. Owner of the property is easy to work with and communicates well. We will definitely be back.

I was born in Manhattan, New York, and was adopted by Bruce and Nancy Gillooly when I was four years old. Later, in the 5th grade, my family relocated to Cary, North Carolina. During my high school years, I served as the class president at Cary High School in 1987.

My pursuit of education led me to Louisburg College and NC State University, where I focused on studying Business Administration. Over the course of more than three decades, I have gained over 38 years of valuable experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, overseeing a diverse portfolio of companies.

My entrepreneurial journey began with the development and marketing of a fire-retardant product called Flame No More. Remarkably, even as a high school student, I successfully secured an investor to finance the product testing for the prestigious Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) Seal of Approval. Subsequently, I ventured into the nightlife industry, establishing one of Raleigh, NC's largest college nightclubs.

Concurrently, I founded Capital Style Luxury Transportation, Inc. in Cary, NC, which, under my leadership, earned recognition as North Carolina's largest ground transportation company for three consecutive years by the National Limousine Association Magazine. Operating a fleet of 33 vehicles, Capital Style provided ground transportation for over a quarter of a million people annually. I also served as the President of the NC Limousine Association in 2004 and 2005.

In June 2005, I completed the sale of Capital Style Luxury Transportation. I am the proud owner and operator of my own real estate firm, Gillooly & Associates Realty, LLC. My real estate endeavors include a dedicated real estate development company, Milan Realty, LLC, which specializes in residential, commercial, and office developments throughout North Carolina.

My passion and expertise lie in entrepreneurship, making it an integral part of my life's journey.
