All our rooms include foam mattresses, flat screen TVs and WiFi. There's also a communal kitchen with free tea/coffee and several other common spaces to chill and enjoy.

IMPORTANT: Our units may differ in appearance, but they all offer the same amenities and comfort. Your perfect stay is our priority, so let us know if you have any preferences. We're here to make it uniquely yours.

This is a self check-in listing. We will send you the front and room door codes a few hours before check-in.

You have exclusive access to your private room and three full bathrooms that are shared with other 6 units. There are also a communal kitchen, a terrace and a living room that are shared with all guest staying at Satoshi Living.

While we're not physically on-site, we're virtually at your service! Feel free to reach out via message or call anytime between 9 AM and 9 PM. Your comfort and needs are our top priority, and we're just a message or call away, ensuring your stay in downtown St. Pete is seamless and enjoyable. ** SHARED BATHROOM **

You will be sharing the bathroom with another 6 units. Please be considerate of fellow guests and help maintain a clean shared bathroom for everyone.

** UNITS **

Our units may differ in appearance, but they all offer the same amenities and comfort. If the unit you've been assigned doesn't fulfill your expectations, please let us know before making use of it, and we will do our best to allocate you to a different one when possible.

** CHECK-IN **

Remember, we're not physically on-site. Our units are SELF CHECK-IN. If you haven't received the address or the door codes 30 minutes before your check-in, please CALL US!

** PARKING **

Parking in St. Pete can be challenging! ONSITE PARKING IS PAID parking only - YOU MUST REQUEST A PARKING PASS IN ADVANCE. We have only a limited number of spots available, so please pre-purchase the pass at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Parking passes cost $20/day/car. No campers/RVs are allowed.

You have other options for parking! There is street parking after 10 pm; please read the signs. In addition, there are several parking garages within walking distance, such as Sundial, SP+Parking, and MAACM. Please inquire with them for rates and other information.

** QUIET HOURS **

Quiet hours are from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am.

** KITCHEN **

Our kitchens are ready for light cooking. If you're staying long-term or discover something is amiss, please let us know, and we will do our best to get you covered.

** SHARED SPACES **

Our buildings have common spaces that are shared among our guests. We ask everyone to respect each other and follow the rules for an enjoyable coexistence.

** TALK TO US **

Hosting is challenging sometimes. If there's something we can do better or you don't feel comfortable with your stay, PLEASE TALK TO US. We are here to make your stay pleasant, and most issues can be resolved if brought to our attention.
