CHECKING IN

All details of the check-in process and our policies are provided via email confirmation when you make your reservation. Check In time is 3:00 P.M. and Check Out is 11:00 A.M.

We use a touch-pad, pin-code lock system instead of keys to make check-in super smooth, safe, and convenient for both our guests and ourselves. Before check in, you will receive your unique pin code to enter the property.

The private driveway can fit four cars in front of the property. Plenty of street parking too. Level 2 EV charger outlet available in garage.

PETS

This property allows your fur babies to join your stay (max 2). The backyard is completely fenced in so they can have free range to roam. One large crate is provided in the garage and dog bowls for you to use. Like anywhere else, please pick up after your pets. We do ask that all pets remain off the furniture to include beds and couches. If any damages result because of fur babies, guests will be charged accordingly so we can replace damaged items. Thank you in advance for following our guidelines. We want to keep this home fur baby-friendly for future guests.

NO SMOKING POLICY

We are a NON-SMOKING property and there is a fine for violation which is your entire deposit, plus any additional cleaning charges or repairs required to return the property to its original condition at check-in. There is a $50 fine for smoking materials found on the grounds after your stay. If you find them on the premises upon your arrival, let us know.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By making your reservation you and the other members of your party "THE GUESTS" agree to release "THE HOST" from all the liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries and personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owners harmless.

After confirmation of reservation an email will be provided with information on guest access.
