Built in 1923, this meticulously restored Spanish villa in Los Feliz is a cultural landmark of Old Hollywood nestled at the heart of one of LA's trendiest neighborhoods. Located above Franklin Boulevard at the end of Western Ave, the main house offers charming views of the Los Feliz hills and gorgeous hikes in Griffith Park a very short walk from the property.

The home is a spacious 2200 square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, one of which is located in the master suite. Large living room, dining room and a spacious den provides plenty of space to spread out, offering a perfect home away from home on your family vacation. The home features a high-quality entertainment system with Bluetooth-enabled sound-bars and Smart TVs. We also provide a fully-equipped kitchen along with private laundry facilities. A balcony in the master bedroom and a beautiful courtyard contribute to seamless California-style indoor-outdoor living in this private enclave.

The backyard features a covered patio and a step-down into the luscious yard featuring cacti, an herb garden and a variety of other plants surrounding a dining area and barbecue. A great vacation spot for sun-bathing and enjoying the mild climate.

Privacy:

The property is secluded by a canopy of tall trees, and guarded by a 6-foot tall stucco wall with a security gate. As you enter the property, you leave the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles behind and enter into a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere.

There are surveillance cameras along the outside of the property, and a security system is available upon request.

Guidelines:

We ask that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and not host gatherings or parties, and refrain from loud noise after 10pm.

On-site parking is limited, but parking is available in the neighborhood.

Neighborhood:

We are situated walking-distance to Thai Town, Hollywood and Western metro station, several bus lines, and two major grocery stores. Close-by Griffith Park offers many hikes, including one to the Observatory, with a view of the Hollywood sign. The property is also close to central Los Feliz, where main streets Hillhurst and Vermont contain a variety of hip restaurants, nightlife, and shops. Silverlake and Echo Park are also close by.
