The space:
The property features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms - includes an owner suite balcony upstairs and a downstairs open patio for grilling or relaxing. The home has board/card games, novels, and a host of other convenient items to make your stay memorable!

Being a smart home, the locks, TV, thermostats, etc are equipped to operate with smart technology and give you the flexibility you need to suit any of your comforts. All rooms have a dedicated TV! You cant beat the 1GB fiber internet that will serve all your needs, from streaming to working remotely or otherwise. Come inside and cool off in the central air conditioning, best enjoyed in the living room's oversized corner couch. The full kitchen is just nearby, so it's easy to whip up refreshments. Filtered drinking water from fridge, so you can be refreshed. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, in the full dining area, or out on the furnished back or front patio. Order and get Walmart groceries delivered to your front door (if you choose) or drive there in less than 7 mins, so as to get your kitchen stocked up immediately. Essential amenities like the private washer/dryer will help your trip run smoothly. All bedrooms are on the upper floor, so there's no need to worry about laughter or late-night conversations disturbing anyone's sleep. Guests of the main bedroom will enjoy their own private furnished balcony and a private en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. All bedrooms feature room-darkening shades you can pull close for privacy, and the TVs are equipped with cable and streaming services (including complimentary Netflix, Max, Peacock, Starz, Apple TV, etc).

Enjoy access to ALL the resorts clubhouse amenities (A quick walk or drive from the property): Open from 8AM to 10PM, the clubhouse includes guest services, our sauna and gym, our main pool, spa and the Tiki Bar. Also has a business center with available printer and meeting rooms. See the front desk concierge for further information, park tickets, and sports equipment.

Tiki Bar is open daily from 11am to 10pm, hot foods and snacks, cold beer, wine based liquors, and wine.

Heated pool and spa: Open daily from 8am to 10pm. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty and that all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Nature Walk: Nestled in the heart of the community is 11 acres of natural woodland with a concrete pavement winding through it. A place of solitude and quiet, a place to reflect on the wonders of nature, away from the general bustle of today's busy lifestyle.

Exercise Room: Located in the clubhouse and open daily from 8am to 10pm, our gym is the perfect place to build up your stamina before venturing into the theme parks. You're going to need it.

Playgrounds: We have three playgrounds, conveniently located throughout the resort. Not quite The Hulk or Rise of the Resistance, but with a child's imagination these playgrounds can be anywhere they want.

Things to Know:
-If you leave doors open, you are inviting other pests, bugs, flies, reptiles or creatures to come share the property with you. Remember to close doors for your own safety and to keep unwanted items out of the comfortable home.

-There is Security patrol at the resort, so you are comfortably safe, including your cars.

-Dedicated work desk/work station. Multiple monitors and wire connectors - comfortable chair for gaming/working next to the desk.

-Programmable colored lights to set your desired mood on TV in the master and living room.

-Beach towels/toys are available for guest use.

-The property should not be used by more than the number of adults/children (max 7 persons) or pets (max 2) listed in your reservation, without pre-communication with host. The house rules should also be adhered to in order to avoid any violations that could result in extra charges.

- A minimum of 1 toilet paper roll and other starter items are provided per bathroom. If you require more, please feel free to purchase as needed.

Guest access:
Self check in anytime after 4pm on date of arrival. Please note when you arrive at the property, have your booking details printed or ready to show on your phone, as you will need to first register at the guard gate. You ll be directed to the clubhouse where $20/per car payment will be remitted for resort access card and parking (Required). Please take NOTE of this additional payment - Its a one time payment.

Once you have your card, you can drive to the rented house and self check in with the door key code provided.

Other things to note:
-NOTE: All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor which requires stairs to access and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
