The apartment is located in Habita Playa and is equipped as follows:

Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to my apartment in which I like to have guests when I am not in Mexico.

The unit is equipped with everything you need to have a long or short stay, the rooms are spacious and have good storage space. The internet is fast and ideal for working from home.

The unit has excellent amenities such as:

- Access to the public beach within a 6-minute walk and to 3 of the best beach clubs (Martina, Mandarina, and Encanto Beach)

Other things to note
I offer self check-in for your convenience, which means you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM. the day of your arrival.

Instructions to open the front door via the digital lock will be taken from you prior to your arrival and our team available if you need anything.

I kindly ask you to keep the place in the best possible condition as if it were your home since it is mine. In addition, parties are not allowed in the apartment and we ask that you respect the tranquility of the other residents, especially in the evenings.

Please turn off the air conditioning and all lights when not necessary inside the apartment; The department has an energy meter and 10KWH per day without load is granted, what exceeds it will be deducted from the guarantee deposit. The cost if you exceed the daily limit is USD $0.15 / per KWH.

For monthly stays, the payment of electricity will correspond from the day of your entry to the day of your departure.
