Nestled at the base of Kashavaroff Mountain, this home borders the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge with views of the Russian River. Local wildlife include, deer, rabbits, fox and the occasional bear.
Built during World War II to house soldiers that were tasked to protect the island. The quonset hut has only had one other owner since it was built.
Located just 12 miles from downtown Kodiak, where you can book a salmon or halibut fishing trips, stroll through the downtown shops or enjoy one of the many restaurants in town.
