Wow! The pictures tell most of the story but I will try to fill in the spaces in between. This family home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and was just built in 2021. It is found nestled in a very quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood here in South Meridian.

We have packed this house with the essentials for your stay. In the kitchen you will find pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, bowls, cooking spoons and ladles, blender, microwave, coffee maker, spices, first aid kit, cleaning supplies and so much more! The two full bathrooms and half bathroom are stocked with hand towels, bath towels and even make up towels.

The bedrooms are very well decorated, have great space and contain very comfortable beds for your stay. The master bedroom and a spare bedroom have flat screen Smart TVs. Another guest bedroom has an “office space” for any guests that may be bringing work with them or just looking to surf the web!

The living area embodies the idea of an open concept. The vaulted ceiling seem to go on forever but my favorite part has to be the view of the forest like setting in the backyard. Plenty of seating to go around between the designer couch, corner chair, bar stools and giant dinner table. We do keep a queen sized air mattress in this area for guests needing additional sleeping outside the 4 bedrooms. The couch is available as well as a sleeping spot.

Not to be forgotten is the HUGE RV GARAGE BAY as part of this 3 car garage. Feel free to park your boat, trailer, giant car, etc. here anytime with the 9 ft 10 inch Width by 11 foot high garage opening that goes nearly 30 feet deep!

In the backyard you will love the dining area, sitting area, sun lounge chairs, water feature and amazing landscaping that puts you in a world of your own.
