Phoenix III is a fabulous property that sits inside a great building popular for all the amazing and fun amenities it offers! Phoenixes I, II, III, and IV share amenities that include: Heated Indoor Pools, Outdoor Pools, Hot Tubs, Kiddie Pools, Fitness Center, Sauna, Steam Room, Tennis Court, Shuffleboard Court, Pickleball Courts, Racquetball Court, Outdoor Grilling Areas, Gazebos, and of course, all this sits Gulf Front on the water’s edge!! Beautifully and Professionally Decorated, this home provides 2 Spacious Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Primary Suite boasts a King Size Bed, a large screen Smart TV, Gulf Front balcony access, and a Private Full Bath with a shower/ tub combination. The Guest Bedroom hosts 2 Queen Size Beds, a large screen Smart TV, and a Private Full Bath with a tub/ shower combination. The Cozy Living Area hosts plenty of seating for all and includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. The Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a delicious meal if you are not visiting some of our amazing restaurants within walking distance. The Gulf Facing Balcony holds a dining set and 2 nice loungers for enjoying a cup of coffee or just to soak in the salty air. There is even a provided stackable washer and dryer in this home for convenience. Everything you need for your family to make lasting memories is here! You will come back year after year for sure!
- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.
- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Beginning Mid August 2023, updating work on the elevators will begin. Due to a high demand of parts in our area, we do not have a completion date. At times, only one elevator will be working at a time. Please pack your patience.
**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**
*No Pets.
*No Smoking/Vaping inside the home or on the balcony. (Ground floor smoking areas only)
*Parking Passes and Wristbands are required. You will received an email from within a few days of booking. This email contains the link to complete your Guest Registration and purchase parking passes with the onsite HOA. This fee is not included in the total of your reservation. Please access that link and pre-register before your arrival. The fee is $55 per vehicle, Limit 2, and is subject to change. All pricing is set by the HOA, not Celebrity Vacation Rentals.

Amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for our family of four with two adult children. Having two queen beds in the guest room was definitely a plus for us! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. We were very comfortable here. The amenities the complex offers were also great to keep everyone entertained during our stay. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. We loved the place so much we plan to rent again for our next trip!!

Great family unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and well decorated. Very comfortable, great views and everything we could need for the week. Our experience with Celebrity Vacations was incredible. They were super responsive to any and all needs at all times.

Family spring break trip

The property was as described in the listing. Great space and location. Communication with listing manager was excellent. We requested early check in and were told the unit had been inspected and was ready for early check in (excellent!). Upon arrival we noticed one bedspread was visibly dirty with what appeared to be vomit. The manager resolved this issue quickly. The building only had one operational elevator during our stay, which at one point during our 4 nights was also down, leaving guests no option but stairs. The elevator was fixed before the next morning. We also experienced an issue with the locking mechanism on our door and despite having the correct code, were locked out of our condo one evening. Again, communication with the manager was excellent and she expressed her apologies. They worked to get us back in as quickly as possible and had the lock fixed later that evening. Overall opinion is, while I loved the condo itself, the maintenance issues and inconvenience they caused were disappointing. The manager did her best and was sincere and helpful. We would probably give it another shot in the future and hope to have a 5 star experience without the maintenance issues.
