Excellent view of beach from large balcony. Plenty of seating for relaxing and eating when at property. Kitchen well stocked with appliances/utensils and dishes for staying in. 2nd bedroom could use extra curtain or heavier blind to block light from outside the door. Would definitely stay again!

The large balcony gives you an unobstructed view of sunrises and sunsets over the beach. The condo had great furniture, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all of necessities.

Spent the week here for a baseball tournament. Location was spectacular and the view was fantastic. Loved everything about the place. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach condo
We loved our time at Pheonix 3. Our room was clean and fully equipped with all we needed. The beds were comfortable. The large balcony was enjoyable and we had zero issues during our stay. Will definitely be staying here again!
