Beautiful, very private and clean Guest House in Jupiter Farms. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with kitchenette. Screened in wrap around porch. Quiet, very safe neighborhood. Great for 2 or those traveling with young children. Perfect environment to relax and unwind in paradise. Close to town yet away from it all.
The space
Queen Bed in the bedroom. Full size pullout sofa in the living room. Great wrap around porch with seating and gas grill.
Guest access
Beautiful salt water pool.
The pool is shared with the main house but, it is like your very own private pool.
Pool is not heated and chilly in the winter.
2 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 4 beach towels.
2 bikes available upon request.
Pack and Play available upon request, please bring your own bedding for the pack and play.
Other things to note
Jupiter Farms is an Equestrian community. There are neighboring homes that have horses on property. Sometimes if the wind blows in the our direction there may be a slight odor.

Cottage is Approximately 550 Square Feet total.

No smoking/vaping of ANY kind anywhere on property. No Marijuana and No underage drinking allowed.

Please note there is no laundry.

The kitchenette is equipped with a counter top oven that is also a toaster and an air fryer, microwave, mini refrigerator, double hot plate, electric skillet, kuerig and a drip coffee maker, electric water kettle and Weber Gas BBQ grill. Can very easily prepare meals at home.


The shower is a High walled tub, please note if mobility is an issue.

The cottage is screened in and the door handle is high so it is difficult for young children to get out of the area without adult assistance. The pool and pond are NOT fenced, please note this when booking with young children. Parents/Guests assume all risk for children while on property.
