Welcome to Casa de Vida! This gorgeous new remodeled home is the perfect place for you and your guests to enjoy the desert lifestyle. Seize the day in the wonderful outdoor pool and spa or find your shining star with our telescope perfectly placed on the top balcony. So many things to do at Casa de Vida or better known as “House of Life”

Outdoors we have a sparkling heated salt water Pebble Tec pool and spa for your pleasure. There’s more than enough seating for your group with 4 loungers, a quaint seating area overlooking the pool, a cozy egg chair for reading, and a 10-person dining table for al fresco dining. Mix up your favorite drinks at our custom made “CHEERS” Bar and grill up your favorites on our Weber Grill with direct gas line. More fun can be had with our Joola regulation size ping pong table, corn hole game, inflatable bowling and magnetic darts area. When the sun sets turn on the pool lights, ignite the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful star filled night sky.

The luxury continues inside with our large living room sectional where all can gather to enjoy the fireplace, play board games, watch your favorite movie on our Roku Smart TV or play a competitive game of shuffle board. Cook up your favorites in our modern kitchen complete with Samsung appliances and a convenient island for buffet style meals. A dining table and work desk round out the dinette area and a small powder room is just off the front entrance on the main level. Upstairs you will find 4 stylish and spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms with custom tile walk in showers and dual vanities. Just off the main bedroom is a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy peaceful mornings overlooking the mountains or dial in the telescope at night and find all the stars in the sky! Laundry room located on 2nd floor equipped with Samsung washer and dryer.

Bedroom configurations:
Main Bedroom #1– features King size bed with luxury linens, Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan, sliding glass door to private covered balcony, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and dual vanities, dual closets for storage.

Queen Bedroom #2 – features Queen size bed with luxury linens, Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet

Queen Bedroom #3 – features Queen size bed with luxury linens, Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan, closet

Twin Bedroom #4 – features two twin size beds with luxury linens, closet,
Additional Beds – Two twin roll away beds are located in Main Bedroom closet and may be used in any room. A futon bed is located on the main level in the living room.

Total bed count is – 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 2 Twin roll away beds, and 1 futon.

Pool and Spa heat is available October - April for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool heat to 86 degrees and Spa heat to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before check in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees. Please note: The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. *Effective for booking dates after 1/25/2023

House Rules
Maximum occupancy is 12 total guests per city of Indio. No more than 12 guests are allowed on property at any time.

We do not allow pets at this property.
We do not allow more than max occupancy - 12 guests total
We follow the Good Neighbor rule per City of Indio - Quiet time is 10p to 8 am. No loud music or loud noises.
We do not allow glass by the pool or spa
We do not allow smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind on property.
