THE SPACE
The spacious layout includes an open plan living and dining area with a breakfast nook and formal dining room, a 60” TV, DVD and premium cable with HBO. The cook can chat with guests while preparing a meal in the granite topped kitchen which is equipped for a quick snacks or gourmet dining. All the comforts of home and more!

BED & BATH
The master bedroom features a king size bed and a vast en suite bathroom with his and hers double vanities, an oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. Upgraded pillow top mattresses, top quality linens, fans and flat-screen TVS in all bedrooms.

We are super excited for the new Epic Universal Park that is opening close by next year. However, the project does involve construction in this general area. If you are planning be at the parks or conventions this should not affect your stay but we want to be transparent. We have discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, you can also find it under the House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
