The Space:
This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers up classic cabin ambiance in a beautiful setting and provides fabulous access to the area’s many outdoor recreation offerings. With a completely updated and well-stocked kitchen, two lovely patio spaces, and an open layout in the common spaces, this home makes for an ideal mountain retreat for all of your Colorado adventures.
Enter into the intimate living room where you will find a sectional sofa, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Start a fire, kick back, relax and unwind while you take in the fire’s warmth and snuggle up to watch a favorite movie or show. If a game or puzzle is more your speed, a dining table with seats for six is adjacent and open to the living room, making it easy to take part in the fun from either space.
The dining table serves as a convenient bridge between the living room and kitchen and is ideal for games, puzzles, snacks, and meals. It can seat six and there is room for four more at the nearby kitchen bar. The kitchen is a sleek and fabulous space that has been completely updated with a sleek, white tile backsplash, open shelves, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The chef in your group will be delighted to find that it is also completely stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal or favorite recipe, including a microwave, toaster, and blender.
Down a short hallway off of the shared spaces, you will find the home’s first bedroom. This generously sized room can sleep as many as four with a queen-size bed and two twin-size beds. It also boasts access to the back patio where two Adirondack chairs await to invite you to settle in and take in the scenic surroundings.
A bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway just off of this bedroom and the living area. Newly updated, it features a single-sink vanity, and a fully tiled, walk-in shower with a glass door.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs in the home. The master bedroom has a cabin-like feel thanks to the cozy wood paneling. It also boasts a king-size bed, a large dresser, a rocking chair, and matching nightstands and lamps.
The second upstairs bedroom features a queen-size bed and matching nightstands and lamps.
Upstairs, you will also find a full bathroom featuring a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. It is conveniently located near both upstairs bedrooms.
This home also has a dedicated laundry room just off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole home and outdoor spaces as well as parking for as many as three vehicles in front of the home.
The Neighborhood:
This home boasts a beautiful location among the trees with access to national forest land just up the hill behind it. Perfect for exploring this outdoor wonderland, you are within minutes of Continental Falls, the Blue River, Goose Pasture Tarn, and various hiking trails, including the nearby Spruce Creek Trail. If you want to make your way into fabulous Breckenridge, it is a short 6-minute drive from your door. There you can make your way to Breckenridge Ski Resort, explore the charming Main Street area with its many shops, breweries, and restaurants or enjoy the many seasonal festivals.
Getting Around:
This home is located just off of Highway 9 – the main highway in the area that runs through Blue River and leads to Breckenridge to the north and the quaint towns of Alma and Fairplay to the south. Its close proximity to this major highway makes it easy to get on the road wherever your adventures take you. Breckenridge is a mere 6-minute drive away. There, you can make use of the Breck Free Ride buses, which run FREE routes throughout the town, making it easy to get just about anywhere. Uber/Lyft are also available.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
