Park Circle Cottage-Walk to Downtown!

Beautifully updated and modern cottage in Park Circle! Dozens of highly ranked food and drink options all within walking distance of the home! Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood where you will find people riding bikes, walking, and enjoying all that Park Circle has to offer.

The space
Located 15 min to historic downtown Charleston, 8 minutes from the beautiful Daniel Island, 20 minutes to the amazing beaches of Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s island, and 10 minutes to the airport.

The home has fast Wifi. Two smart TVs that allow you to login to any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.).

Bedrooms - Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. One bedroom includes a desk for anyone that may need to work during your stay.

Bathroom - stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and towels. Next to the bathroom is a laundry area with a brand new washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Kitchen - has new appliances and everything you need to cook, including cups, spoons, forks, and plates for small children! Also included is a fully stocked coffee bar with fresh beans, creamer, sugar, and tea. We know how hard it can be to travel with kids and we kept this in mind. In the bedroom closet we have a pack and play, high chair, and a bin full of toys to make your stay easier with children.

Yard - fully fenced in and private backyard has a firepit (local stores have firewood) with 4 chairs for you to relax after a day of exploring all that this area has to offer!

This is by far our favorite neighborhood and we hope you feel the same. We love to give local recommendations for dining and things to do so please don’t hesitate to ask :)

Guest access
Guests have full access to our property. The front door has an automated lock installed where you will have your own temporary passcode during your stay. The driveway fits two cars and additional parking for 2 more cars can be found in front of the house on the road. Please do not block our neighbors driveway or park in front of their houses.

Other things to note
No parties, we want you to enjoy the home but out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you not use the property for any parties. Quiet hours start at 10pm for the City of North Charleston and we kindly ask that you follow this. A train runs through town occasionally and does what trains do, makes noise! Our kids love the sound of this train but we realize others may not and could find it a nuisance. For this reason we have included sound machines in each bedroom.
