Spotless and great location!

I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable, very clean, uncluttered, and tastefully decorated. The backyard was a great bonus with a privacy fence, a covered porch, a ceiling fan, and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. Dan was super responsive and helpful. The location was ideal, close to Folly Beach, and about 10 minutes to downtown Charleston, and conveniently located right next to Whole Foods, which made grocery runs super easy. Highly recommend!!

Peaceful, clean duplex in quiet neighborhood

This was a lovely stay. Dan the host was very responsive to all our questions. The house had a beach cottage vibe—light colors and airy. Great AC; large, private backyard; kitchen with everything you need in it. Even though it shares a wall with another unit, we barely heard them—very tranquil. The backyard deck has a ceiling fan which was very nice. Very close to shopping and 2 bike paths; also an inexpensive bus that connects you swiftly (15 mins) to downtown Charleston without having to find parking. The beds were quite comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

The house was clean, bright and quiet. The porch outside was very nice and my husband spent most of his mornings out there. The beds were very comfortable, as were the rest of the furnishings. We found many nice neighborhoods and also a nearby bike trail for our morning walks. The house is not far from historic Charleston, but after driving there a few times in the traffic and having to search for parking, we decided to take an Uber when we took our last trip in and it was SO much easier! The house is close enough to walk to a few restaurants and the Harris Teeter, but far enough that you really don’t hear traffic at night.Daniel was very good with communication and asked us to tell him if we needed anything. We didn’t, but it was nice to know that he would have responded should we have needed him. Great place to stay!

Great stay and excellent hosts

Dan and Amanda were excellent hosts - we really couldn't have asked for anyone better. Super friendly and quick to respond when we reached out. The house is perfectly located - walking distance to Whole Foods and Starbucks, just down the road from fitness studios, restaurants and bars/lounges, and a short drive from downtown. The house gets lots of natural light and the fenced in backyard provides lots of privacy. If we have the chance to come back to Charleston, we'll definitely stay here again.

Great time in Charleston!

Very nice and clean VRBO. Very easy check in and out process, owner was very responsive. Great fenced in area for our pets. Will use again!

Perfect Little Getaway!

My husband and I had to attend a wedding in Charleston. We wanted to be close to the venue but also downtown! This was the perfect location! It was close to everything and had great restaurants within walking distance. We will be staying there again!

Excellent Location, Lovely Space, Attentive Host

We had a wonderful long weekend in Charleston. This place was ideally located. It was a short drive to downtown and Folley Beach, and there was easy highway access to the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee, lunch, and relaxing when we stopped in. Dan was very attentive and made sure we had a great stay.

Mother/Daughter Trip

My daughter and I traveled to Charleston for a long weekend. The home was just as advertised. It was clean and very convenient to area restaurants, a Whole Foods grocery store, and to historic Charleston. It had a lovely, private backyard for relaxing. Dan was very easy to communicate with.. I would recommend it to others.

The house is comfortable, and has all you need including a large well appointed kitchen and a comfortable bed. Plus the location is perfect with many excellent restaurants nearby (some within an easy short walk). Downtown is a short and easy drive away. Highly pleased and will be coming back. Nice host too.

Cozy Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home is nice and cozy and in a great area. Inside, everything was clean which really made us comfortable. Communication with the host was quick and always pleasant.The fenced in backyard with grill is also a plus. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a space for themselves or small family.

Contentment in Charleston

This property was perfect for our girls getaway. We felt right at home, had everything we needed, and loved the spacious back yard. The house sits on a quiet, tree lined street and was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day touring Charleston.

Loved the decor, layout, location! We were pleased when entering this home! Very Crisp and spacious. The location is so close to several areas! Whole Foods is in walking distance, loved that! The yard was so private and nice! We picked a Winner!!

Exactly as Listed and Everything We Needed

In Charleston for a long weekend as a family. This house was exactly as Listed and had everything we needed. Very clean and close to conveniences. Short drive to downtown Charleston and popular attractions. Dan made the entire process easy and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place to stay!!!

We took our family here for our first family vacation with our baby girl and pups and this house was just what we needed for our family! It was exactly as described online, very easy to get in and out of and and it even came with great accommodations that we were not expecting like a lot of extra towels, laundry detergent pods, beach towels, shampoo and conditioner, good smelling hand soaps, coffee, a steamer, hair dryer, vacuum, etc. Everything that you could possibly need was somewhere in the house and if not, I’m sure Dan would get it for you! The host was very communicative and responsive and even gave a list of highly recommended places to try! My husband’s favorite were the wings from the BBQ place right around the corner! Our absolute favorite part about this house was the yard! Very clean and spacious and felt like we were in our very own private resort. We already miss it and would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

This was a great property to stay. Very quiet and clean. The t.v. Was set high up on the wall and for us the main bedroom the mattress was very firm. But everything was new and clean. An amazing backyard and kitchen

Clean and Cozy!

This property was just perfect for my 2 night stay in Charleston. Very clean with everything you need. The backyard was a wonderful place to have my coffee in the morning and listen to the birds sing! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay on John's Island!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding and this location was perfect for us. Easy to get in and out of. It was very spacious and great for my husband to work from the house (perfect wifi and kitchen table set up).
