The house is located on a private road but only minutes from all the activities of Ludlow and the surrounding area. Skiing/snowboarding, snowmobiling, golf, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, dining, shopping and much more are only minutes away.

Spacious and inviting describes this VT home. It's the perfect place for a group of friends or family to enjoy some time away and unwind. The house has an open floor plan and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Enjoy unlimited matches of air hockey and foosball in the game room (no quarters required 😋) You'll also have plenty of board games to choose from or simply cuddle up to a movie and popcorn and relax.

The house has high-speed wireless Internet, Roku enabled TVs allowing you to access your favorite streaming apps, fire pit, washer/dryer and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, cookware, bakeware, silverware, dinnerware, coffee maker/Keurig w/ k-cups, and more. Grill up lunch and/or dinner on our gas grill located on the back deck.

Amenities for infants and toddlers include dinnerware, high chair, pack n' play crib/bassinet, linens located in bunkbed bedroom closet, child safety cabinet locks, baby/pet gate, books and toys. Pet amenities include private gated doggy park, doggy bags, dog snacks, water/food bowl, crate, and bed.

Forget something? There are a variety of amenities stocked in the bathroom for your convenience. No need to rush to the town store in the cold after a long drive or flight.

The house sleeps up to 9 people as follows:
- Master Bedroom: Queen bed, private bathroom (sleeps 2) Roku enabled TV
- Bedroom #2: Full bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom #4: Full bunk bed, twin bed (sleeps 3 comfortably)

The mudroom is located on the first level of the house accessed by a side door from the driveway. There is plenty is space and cubbies for everyone to store their winter equipment and gear. A great space for storing your mountain bikes in the summer as well if needed.

Ready to send the kids outside to play in the snow in the winter? Our property has the perfect slope for sledding. Have the kids grab one of our sleds from under the back deck and they'll be busy for hours!

Warm up by our newly installed firepit in the backyard and enjoy a few brewskies and stories with family and friends. Pictures coming soon! Once you've had enough of the outdoors and want to relax in the house, find a spot either in the living room by the wood burning fireplace or play some foosball and board games in the rec room. Plenty of firewood is provided along with firestarter logs. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and find a comfy spot to chill.

During the winter Ludlow offers some of the best skiing and riding in the Northeast. The spring and summer bring beautiful scenery and mountain breezes that are the perfect escape from the heat of the city. The colors of the fall cannot be beat.

Our house is located in close proximity to downtown Ludlow, so walking is an option. Street parking and parking lots available in town.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and not suitable for large parties or events. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am and we ask that you respect our neighbors.

Please note - our home is located at the top of a moderately steep private road and all-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months.

There are long term tenants that occupy a private portion of the house with their own private entrance separate from where you will be staying. They are a retired couple and the sweetest people in the world. Aside from their car being in the driveway, you'll barely know they're there.
