This is a non smoking room. The beachfront condo next door, is available for booking also, for larger parties traveling together, that want to be close to each other's place. Free wifi !1 just log on the resort wifi, no password needed. Starbucks 1 block away, pizza and subs restaurant across the street, River city burgers and beer 1 block away. This is a NON-smoking room, any violation of this policy will result in a 250 cleaning fee. Non smoking includes the balcony area also. No pets allowed.
