Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen size bed, television, closet, and night stand.

Each bedroom comes with a queen size bed, closet and a night stand for storage. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Guest access
There is a private garage and driveway for guests to park at.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a strict drug-free home. Smoking is absolutely not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of $500 cleaning fee. Parties are also not allowed.

There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
