If you choose the cot, it will be set up for you next to the window seat prior to your arrival and will remain there throughout your stay.

If you choose the air mattress, it offers more flexibility and may be placed in a location that works best for your group. It can also be taken down during the day to allow for better use of the living room area.

A Pack n' Play and infant bath are also available upon request for a small fee- just let us know in advance.

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Consideration

Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.

During these hours, please keep conversations, music, and other noise at a low volume, particularly when using the outdoor patio and yard. Normal conversation is welcome, but please be mindful that voices carry to neighboring homes, especially in the evening.

Parties, loud gatherings, and amplified outdoor music are not permitted.

To help maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we kindly ask that extended group conversations and gatherings take place in the gazebo area rather than on the patio near neighboring bedrooms. Quiet hours of 9 p.m.–9 a.m. apply to all outdoor areas.
