The House offering Split concept of two master bedrooms and and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
Master bedroom #1 suite dresser, walk-in closet, free standing bath tub, walk-in shower and solid surface counters with 2 separated sinks. Also, offers private access to the lanai through sliding glass doors.

The Gourmet Kitchen features granite counter tops, white and gray cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, Fully equipped kitchen if cooking a meal is in your plans: pots and pans, toaster, blender, all Tableware, silverware, cookware, drink ware etc.
The outdoor also offers a grilling area.

The living room space extends via sliding glass doors to the large screened lanai and pool area. The heated pool and deck is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.
The screened patio equipped with table for 8, relaxing bed, lounge chars and other things for you to enjoy and entertain your stay.

Other features of this home include:
3rd bedroom has two bunk beds with twin beds built under.
Build in closet, nightstand and a bathroom by the hallway.

Nice house inside - outside lanai/pool area a disaster

I would not recommend this property. Upon check-in we found the house to be in immaculate condition on the INSIDE. Online pictures represent exactly what the house looks like INSIDE. Very clean, spacious and well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Towels need to be replaced. Outside lanai was filthy in every aspect. Grill was disgustingly dirty. Black mold was everywhere on the deck. Weeds were growing up in the cracks. Pool water level was extremely low and wasn’t heated as stated in the listing. Pool was very dirty and appeared to haven't been cleaned in a long time. Property manager sent someone out to clean the grill and pool company to address the pool. We had to clean the lanai and all seating ourselves and were given X amount of dollars for this inconvenience. We had the water analyzed at a local pool company and found the chlorine level to be 0 and pH and Alkalinity were extremely low. In one of the primary bathrooms there were no working electrical outlets and they were never fixed. Property manager never came to the property but left us to deal with pool company and electrician when they were sent out. We left a week early from our 1 month stay and management refused any reimbursement for that week because the pool wasn't to "our" standards. Once she was told we were leaving early she sent someone out to clean the pool that same day. Not a place to stay if looking for a pool.

Great Hangout!

This house was great from spending time with the family away from home! Close to everything we needed, but we didn't even want to leave. This kids LOVED the garage and being able to have a space to play. Thank you!

Great home

Beautifully remodeled interior. Very comfortable for 6 of us. Just a few minor defects with towel hangers. A/C worked well. Didn’t use the pool but it looked great. Needs a little landscaping.

Modern Home!

Very cute home! It’s decorated very aesthetically pleasing and super clean. Will definitely come back some other time and is close to the beach.

Nice house but over priced

The house interior is lovely, well kept and modern furnishings the kitchen is well stocked with most things you need. The neighborhood is ok but nothing special, when we arrived cleaning crew were still there at check in so we had to wait a little while they finished up. The house was clean but it is obviously a little unkept on the exterior- this may be due to hurricane damage from last year but there are missing shutters, the ac did not work- there was a portable unit in the living room area but the bedrooms were too warm (had we been told about this prior to arrival we would have brought fans with us) The pool area is ok, the water was cloudy and there are many missing/cracked tiles on the pool surround and there are weeds growing through the pool deck but it has outdoor furniture a seating area and a bbq grill. The games room in the converted garage would have been great but it was so hot in there that we couldn’t use/enjoy it. It was a convenient location, short drive to beaches and restaurants. The host was not very efficient with replying to messages but we did not have any major issues. Overall it was nice but I do think it is over priced for our experience.
