- Place all trash and trash bags in the carts our front by the garage.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you'll have insects, or lizards visiting you in your sleep. ;)
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- If using the BBQ grill, please turn off the propane tank after using the grill, and please clean the grates with grill brush after every use. This helps us maintain the grill.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.

POOL: Pool heating fee = $25/ day
- Must be added to reservation prior to arrival.
*Pool disclaimer: No specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (24 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

POOL SERVICE:
Our pool is serviced once a week to ensure the PH is just right for our guests!
Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking the pool. Service days are typically on Thursday or Friday.

COMMUNITY RULES:
Providence employs a team of safety professionals to help maintain a positive vacation experience for all guests. The patrol monitors noise complaints, parties, improperly parked vehicles, and suspicious activity. Roving Patrol 7pm-3am

Parking Enforcement:
Providence reserves the right to tow any vehicle that is parked improperly or is in violation of any of the following rules.
- Do not park on or block your neighbor’s driveway
- Do not park on the grass. Please Note: repair costs for damaged sprinklers will be passed on to the guest.
- Please avoid blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs and fire hydrants.
- No commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, RV's, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, or trailers are allowed in the community.
-Windsor at Westside does not offer overflow parking.

Trash Removal:
Trash removal services are weekly. Please place all trash in the large bins near the side of the garage

WIFI/CABLE/INTERNET:
Free and fast Wifi, cable and internet available.
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since we have no control over this.
**Please note cellular/wifi/internet reception in this area of Kissimmee, FL can be spotty from time to time.
***If you are experiencing an internet issue, please unplug the modem in the TV console in the living room, count to 10, then plug back in.

RECEIVING PACKAGES AND ONLINE PURCHASES:
For guests staying under thirty days, you may send packages to the home during your stay, and only use Amazon or UPS/FEDEX. They will be left on the doorstep. USPS mail will NOT be delivered.
