This gorgeous 3 bedroom penthouse condo is perfect for those that want to have privacy, but still be close to downtown where the action is. This property offers a private rooftop terrace with ocean views. You will love the amenities that this development has to offer! You have access to the clubhouse with gym on site.

When you arrive to Casa Azul, you will enter into the open floor plan where the kitchen and living room are located. To the left is the master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and mini kitchen area! You will love the option as well that you can access this bedroom with its own front door! To the right side of the condo, it located the guest bedroom and another master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom! You will have access to the rooftop from your own private stairwell inside the condo. There is a bathroom also located on the rooftop.

This condo is very unique in the option to rent it as:
1 bedroom studio for a reduced rate - no access to the rooftop

enjoyed our stay at the condo. It didn't have the bbq as advertised and we let the guy who gave us the keys and opened the condo for us, he said he will find out ad let us know but never got back to us. Pool was disgusting it was still cold to go in there anyway.

Tezal Experience

I was overall impressed with the condo. The location is outside the downtown area, but true 5 min drive. The condo was nicely equipped all around, even for your beach trips (towels, chairs, and cooler). Make sure you visit the local TEZAL AREA restaurants and cafes, they were far better experience than the dtwn areas in our case. We will definitely book again.

New Beautiful Property

Property was as described in photos. Beds/linens/pillows all comfortable. A weeks worth of soaps and toilet paper was helpful. (Laundry, dishwasher) Fridge and sink had filtered water. Convienant to downtown with a $7-10 Uber ride but also easy parking for rental and an elevator. The gym was adequate, the pool beautiful but unheated. Gated community, felt very safe. Costco and restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance The only downside was no furniture on rooftop and the noise from construction, pretty much went from sun up to sun down. No sleeping in for us.

Great, new, and beautiful unit!

Loved unit, development still under construction but enjoyed the newness of unit vs. being bothered by construction. Unit is beautiful and well stocked with everything! A one issue with hot water in one of the showers but talked to others in complex with same problem which developer should fix??
