Located in Mallory Square, a luxury neighborhood consisting of five private houses across the street from the Gulf of Mexico (a six-minute walk) and the world-famous Flora-Bama, this two-story, 2,875-square-foot home will be the beach getaway of your dreams!

Barbecue delicious patties, veggies, and steaks in the private outdoor grilling area under the home or unwind on your balcony - perfect for sipping morning coffee or an evening cocktail while overlooking the water. Mallory Square also has a newly opened outdoor pool, where you can find a bit of peace and quiet with a view of the Old River. Back at the house, there's an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand after an exciting day at the beach.

This home also features a contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three comfortably. Some of the modern appliances include a French-door fridge, a stove, two ovens (one built-in), a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. There's a wet bar off of the kitchen for prepping cocktails and mocktails. The large dining table with seating for at least eight is ideal for more formal meals. The inviting living area features a sofa and a smart TV. This level also offers a secluded bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower, as well as an additional half bathroom.

Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom hosts a furnished balcony, a smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and an extensive en suite bathroom with two separate vanities, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. The other two bedrooms have a smart TV and an en suite bathroom each.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
