Coastal Bliss is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo located in One Particular Harbour. This penthouse unit boast all new coastal elegant furnishings with a picturesque view of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge/Tampa Bay from both the screened lanai and master bedroom. Located on the fourth floor, this unit features an open concept complete with full-size kitchen, eat-in breakfast bar and everything you'll need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. The living room features a flat-screen TV and large sliding glass doors that completely open the whole room to the enclosed lanai where you can relax after a long day in the sun or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The master bedroom is located in the rear of the condo and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The two guests rooms are located at the front of the condo one features a king-size bed , flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom the other features a queen and twin bed with flat screen TV. But, that's not all! This unit also provides WiFi throughout, full-size washer/dryer and beach locker equipped with beach cart, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

One Particular Harbor offers award winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island. This lovely rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation, as it is equipped with many stunning amenities.

Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
