Welcome to A Wave from it All! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals , Harbour Isle is a beautiful gated community with the award-winning $4.2M Beach club directly on the Intracoastal. Guests who book for 30 days or more can enjoy access to all the impeccable amenities Harbour Isle has to offer. With a 4200 sq. ft fitness center, sky bar, restaurant, activities, kayaking, outside bar area, and a heated resort size pool and spa directly on the water. There is even a beach area to enjoy the views of the water and outstanding sunsets. There are three additional heated pools, parks, and bike and walking trails throughout the community. Guests who book shorter than 30 days have access to the heated pool outside of the unit, as well as the grills!

Located off of Anna Maria Island right before the Manatee Bridge, these homes are located less than a mile away from Manatee Beach. Enjoy the island life while staying in this home. You'll have countless restaurants and attractions to choose from, anywhere from water rentals, fresh seafood restaurants, and local shops, not to mention the friendly people that live there, and the beautiful beaches.

This exquisite floor plan features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a screened balcony. Chefs will love the well-appointed kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, premium cabinetry, and a large center island that opens to the bright and airy living room. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa, recliner, and beautiful HD TV. To the left of the kitchen, you will see a full dining room set for 6. Moving into the master bedroom, you'll have a king-size bed, HD TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. One guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, HD TV, and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The last guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and an HD TV; there is a full guest bathroom right down the hall.

Right outside the gates a new Marina with wet and dry slips. Also, Margaritaville is coming to Harbour Isle with restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Such a great vacation home!

The layout was ideal, and everything felt clean and comfortable. We could walk to the beach and enjoy amazing sunsets, and the local spots nearby were a bonus. Truly a memorable trip!

Nice condo

Condo was very nice overall. Needs updated rugs and more comfy bedding. Check in instructions were messy and the company that was supposed to be the management company seemed to know little. Three gates later we finally got into the property. Pool was very small and the pictures showed a few other pools which we did not have access too. After complaining they did allow us a later check out which helped.

50tj birthday celebration

We enjoyed the spacious rooms clean comfortable space and everything that came with our rental. Only hiccup was opening the lock to access and then return the keys. Lol had to call property manager and get assistance but no other issues.

Great deal

We had a good experience but were very disappointed with the ant problem. There were ants everywhere, including on the sofa. We brought this to their attention day one but did not want chemicals sprayed inside during our stay. A good spray outside the front door would have helped a lot. The toilets were backed up when we got there & we had to run stagnated water out of the lines day 1 before we could bear the smell. Also there was a smell at night outside that apparently was due to the irrigation system so we closed all doors by 8. A short stay means you cannot get into the full resort and walk by the water that you see from the patio. We had access to a small heated pool that was luckily not crowded. For the price it was worth having a kitchen, comfy bed & laundry. Please be aware you must bring your own supplies since they do not provide laundry detergent, shampoo, extra toilet paper or more than 2 diswashing tabets.

Family Time

A more clear description of the entrance would help. There are two gates. The one for this property is back by the marina which you cannot see from the road. Also the master suite toilet had the sanitized paper wrap yet when I lifted the lid there was feces in the bowl. Found a live sand flea in the queen bed sheets. (We always pull linens back to inspect) Lanai furniture was dirty and the carpet on the lanai was so dirty it turned the soles of our feet (and the hands and knees of our 1 year old) black. Many GFCI outlets throughout the condo were blown. The Keurig was broken. The property manager, in Atlanta Georgia, called us to say the dishwasher was broken and to not use it. I called back to tell her about the Keurig, and about the blown outlets and to ask when they would fix the dishwasher. She did not call back and no one came to fix it. This property was supposedly inspected as we arrived after hurricane Ian went through. Unfortunately, they did not communicate well with us about what was broken. Either that or they didn’t inspect it close enough to see what was broken. Sand fleas and feces are unacceptable under any conditions. Overall this is a lovely condo with a lovely location and beautifully appointed. Floor plan is excellent. The property and pool area were clean and well maintained. Hopefully as Florida recovers, there will be better communication and a more thorough inspection and cleaning of this particular condo.

As far as we knew, the dishwasher was repaired prior to your stay and we will need to look into why that was not ever repaired. The property manager is actually local and just has an Atlanta phone number. One Particular Harbor was a breath of fresh air! We loved the community and our unit was beautiful. The Harbor Isle / One Particular Harbor community is extremely convenient to Anna Maria Island & Holmes Beach as well as Coquina Beach and Long Boat Key.

I have only one complaint and its that other people didnt give this rental a 5 star. Honestly the check in process couldnt have been easier and clearer. The apartment is clean and better than the pictures show. The amanities are great. Also includes everything and more than you need for ypur stay and the beach. Will stay here again

The property was beautiful and safe. Our problem was with check in. We called ahead to get the procedure. It did not go as planned. We did not find out until the following day that there was a fob on a keychain by the front door that was needed to drive into the property and to get into the pools. We found out from another guest on a walk. We had a panel by the front door that beeped all night. We called maintenance three times but they never showed up. For a three bedroom condo they needed more china and glassware. We got one key for 6 people.

Beautiful property but lack of communication

A Wave from it All is a very clean, modern condo that was spacious for our party of 6 adults. The furnishing are pretty and comfortable and the lanai is terrific. The location is great- minutes from Anna Maria Island. The only downside was the rental company. They didn’t communicate with us as to how to get into the gated community at all. We went to the wrong gate, we did not know how to operate the gate and we were unable to get in through the gate at 10:30pm after being out all day. Fortunately a resident used their key fob to get us in and it was then that we realized the unmarked fob we were using to get into the pool area (we just guessed that was what it was for) also was the gate fob. If the rental company was a little more organized, it’s a perfect place to stay if you’re going to Anna Maria Islsnd!

Will absolutely come back!

Beautiful place and very clean. Check in process can use some improvement. As another person indicated in reviews, fobs are to be picked up in one location and keys are in a lock box at the actual unit. You need to call to get the code. It was not sent in an email as indicated. But, the Guest Service Team was very reachable and helpful the entire trip! We all felt we were in a home away from home. Thank you!

As advertised!

The property, location amenities were spectacular. Pretty brand new property with nice furnishings, you don't have to bring much with you (if anything). We had access to beach chairs, umbrellas, buggy, everything you may need for a beach stay. The only negative aspect of this experience was the lack of clear communications from the property management. We were given a code to retrieve the gate pass but weren't I given the code to retrieve the key that was attached to the door handle of our apartment. I had to call the maintenance team and they gave me the code. I was told I have access to a parking spot but was never given confirmation of the parking spot number. Luckily, there was plenty of parking available in the front of the building. If you are considering staying here, don't hesitate, it is the real deal.

Great Condo/Poor Check in Process

The condo was exactly what we expected based off the VRBO description and pictures. We enjoyed all the space and found the location to be great. Unfortunately check in day was a bit of a mess. We were told to pick up the keys from the lock box outside the property management company's office at 4pm on Saturday (check in time). When we arrived, our keys were not there. We called the afterhours number and the individual who answered said he would call us back in 5-15 minutes. After an hour we called again, had to leave a few voice messages and call back several times before someone would pick up. At that time the same individual said the cleaners backed out and they had to find someone last minute. We asked for an estimated time the condo would be ready and he said he would call them and then send us a text. An hour later we called again because we hadn’t heard back from him with no answer. At 6pm that evening we had someone text us from the afterhours number informing us he had just started his shift and wanted to make sure we got into our condo. When we informed him no, the keys were still not in the lock box he said they were left at the condo for us and the condo was unlocked. We were extremely frustrated after traveling all the way from Washington state, we had tired kids in the car and groceries we picked up thinking we would have our condo keys at 4pm per the reservation. We finally got into the condo after 6. While I completely understand cleaners backing out does create the potential need for late check in; it is extremely frustrating that the management company didn’t call to inform us of this ahead of time. A simple call would have saved a lot of stress (wondering if we needed to find a hotel for the night) and spoiled groceries that sat in the car for 2+ hours in the heat.

Hi Kelli, Thank you for your review. After speaking with the property manager, it seems that the guests right before you forgot to drop off the keys and it became kind of a mess from there. I can assure you this was a one time situation and does not happen very often. I do apologize that you were not informed ahead of time that there may be an issue with the keys. Great property!

Very great condo with gorgeous view! Large kitchen that made it easy and fun to cook on nights in. Close access to Anna Marie island as well! Would def come back !

Large 3 bedroom condo with beautiful views from the lanai, just over the bridge to Anna Maria Island & beach. Very comfortable & nicely furnished!

Exceptional new condo! Made for the perfect multi-family stay!

What a beautifully decorated, clean and new condo! We hated to leave it! We had adults and even a few young kids and this condo was bright, spacious and luxurious, yet completely comfortable and approachable for everyone. It would be the BEST spot for couples only as it is a 55+ community, but we found it the perfect quiet island speed for our mellow group. The location is just minutes over the main bridge, so you do need a car and traffic can be bad, but it was also the perfect escape from the chaos on the island too. Easy and convenient location for sure. The condo was well equipped with a fantastic kitchen (No BBQ area in the condo itself however). The screened-in porch and open-air doors provided a stunning sunrise view and the perfect spot for morning coffee and a good book. The pool nearby this unit is smaller and totally fine for quick pool time. We found it easiest to load up the car and head to beach for most of the day and then head back to cook in the gourmet kitchen, spending most evenings back out on the porch! We didn’t explore much of the fancier section of the development and weren’t totally sure if we could use those facilities, so before we go again we would learn more about the additional amenities and ask more questions. It is a high-end gated community so entry passes are required which just took a little coordination at times, but probably the only negative we could possibly find. We enjoyed our stay so much and cannot wait to go back and take other friends!
