Convenient, great location & comfortable

The condo is very good located to be able to move everywhere in the Zona Hotelera of Cancun like different beaches restaurants and entertainment; its very comfortable just like staying at home, I was with my family 2 adults and 2 children and was very much useful with 2 bathrooms with towels and very well equipped same as the kitchen and the quite area for nice sleeping; the terrace for morning coffees was lovely for me and wife and finally the roof top swimming pool offers fantastic views of the ocean for relaxing. For family or couples is very much recommended.

nice condo

The condo was nice and clean. It was within walking distance from stores, beaches and restaurants. The pool on the rooftop was very nice and the lounge chairs were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice Alternative to all inclusives

My daughter and I rented suite 509, check in and communication during our time was excellent! Building is modern and spotless. Location is far enough away from the busy hotel zone but only a 6 minute Uber to the zone, directly across from ferry very convenient. The roof top pool provides great instagram shots and beautiful views. The Ad stated pool was heated however this was not our experience pool was cold. My only negative comments would be lack of water pressure in our unit and at times a very strong sewage odour *note the sewage smell was also very strong across the street at ferry terminal so this issue could be out of their control. The unit is well equipped with everything you’ll need for meal preparation. We highly recommend you book here!

location is good

But the bathrooms have some issues: smell bad and one toilet is not flushing without opening the lid and pushing down some part.

Location is not in the hotel area

The location is not that easy to find. The address given is not easy to put on gps. Relatively close to Playa tortuga. Actual hotel center about 2 miles. But the apartment is nice looking and clean. The only issue is that the shower water flow is very low and very little hot water. Security is good and enforced.
