Venez séjourner dans l'un des condos récemment rénovés les plus exclusifs de Cancun. Le condo offre une vue exigeante sur l'océan des Caraïbes. Le condo est situé dans la célÚbre zone hÎteliÚre, mais offre toutes les commodités de la maison avec une cuisine et une salle de bains entiÚrement fonctionnelles et récemment rénovées, une télévision par cùble avec SMART TV et bien plus encore. La plage privée propose des palapas et des chaises de plage parfaites pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Une piscine pour adultes et enfants surplombe l'océan des Caraïbes. Un mini-magasin pour les clients et les propriétaires est également situé sur la propriété. Jet skies, bateau banane et parachute ascensionnel sont tous à votre disposition sur la plage privée. Faites de vos vacances un moment inoubliable en séjournant dans ce magnifique paradis.

Transport:

Le transport vers les condos peut ĂȘtre organisĂ© une fois que vous arrivez Ă  l'aĂ©roport. Il y a des bus de navette, des services de fourgonnette et des taxis qui peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s pour une somme modique pour vous transporter aux condos. Les services de navette van facturent environ 25 $ US (nĂ©gociables) par personne et transporteront vos bagages. Des voitures peuvent Ă©galement ĂȘtre louĂ©es Ă  l'aĂ©roport auprĂšs de plusieurs agences de location de voitures. Je ne recommande pas de louer une voiture sauf si vous connaissez la ville et prĂ©voyez de voyager en dehors de la rĂ©gion de Cancun. La plupart des touristes voyagent autour de Cancun en bus ou en taxi. Le systĂšme de transport public Ă  Cancun est trĂšs sĂ»r et efficace. Les bus passent toutes les cinq minutes et ne coĂ»tent que 0 $ environ. 70 USD. À la fin de votre voyage, le personnel de Bellamar peut organiser le retour Ă  l'aĂ©roport sur demande.

Sécurité:

Le condo dispose d'un personnel de sécurité 24h / 24 situé sur le terrain. Le complexe de condos est situé dans une trÚs belle partie de Cancun. La propriété est privée et seuls les invités et les résidents sont autorisés sur les lieux. Le personnel est trÚs sympathique et répondra à toutes vos questions. Le complexe de condos est situé derriÚre l'hÎtel Barcelo Costa Cancun. La plupart des gens de la région sont des touristes américains, canadiens ou européens.

Service de ménage:

Le condo sera nettoyé avant votre arrivée seulement. Des services de femme de chambre sont disponibles quotidiennement, moyennant des frais supplémentaires de 200 $ pesos (17 $ USD) par service. Demandez ce service lors de votre réservation et les dispositions seront prises. Vous serez responsable des frais de nettoyage (17 $) à la fin de votre séjour.

We were very happy with our stay. There is a balcony looking out to the ocean and access to a pool and beach. The pirate boats went out 3 times a day with music and fireworks at night! Check-in was easy, we were met T the gate. The kitchen is well stocked. All our questions were promptly answered by the host.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a super nice, quiet, secure condo on 4th floor, right on the beach. Wonderful view. Plenty of activities close by and the host Nancy, was very gracious and flexible with our schedule and check out time.

Awesome stay

This was by far the best stay we have ever had. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of from the very beginning. She was the best host. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. Having direct beach access from the property was a huge selling point, we didn’t have to worry about not having a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely come back.

amazing beach spot!

A perfect spot for relaxing days on the beach with the option to dip in the awesome pool! Perfect white sand beaches and turquoise waters. 4 stars instead of 5 because there are loud pirate ships that come in around 10:30pm - not an issue if you go out but we have a toddler that goes to sleep early.

Great stay in Cancun!

The property was great for our family of four! Nancy was phenomenal with communication and recommendations for everything from restaurants to tours. Property and area felt safe - staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The beach was perfect for lounging and swimming and appeared to be the best beach around! We would definitely book this property again in the future.

Wonderful vacation condo

We feel fortunate to have found this rental condo as it provided us with everything that we're looking for and more. There are a beautiful place with an ocean view. I went for a quick few days away with my mom, and it was a nice place to stay. Conevenient located near the Isla Mujeres ferry, a few dining options and close to the hotel zone bus transit. Pool was right downstairs, and it opens to a beach water front. It was the perfect quiet getaway for someone ooking to disconnect and enjoy the weather. Nancy supported in coordinating transport to&from the airport. Would def recommend. It was a like a home away from home.

We can't recommend this place enough! Nancy, the host was responsive and gracious. The location is right in the heart of the hotel zone. We would recommend purchasing a day pass at the Occidental Resort next door, at least once. It gives you access to their resort, with all you can eat buffet, and drinks, and you can hop back to your condo for whatever reason. The condo itself has everything you need. A fully stocked kitchen, and excellent air conditioning. We highly recommend!

Excellent family vacation!

Our family of 4 stayed here during our kids’ spring break and it was the perfect spot! The condo was spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed and appreciated having A/C and Wi-Fi for when we were in the unit. We appreciated that the property was secure - we felt very safe while we were here. The pool was lovely and we often had it all to ourselves. The space on the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed many card games under the palapas. We did a mix of eating meals in the condo and going out to dinner, both of which were easy to do. All of the staff and security guards were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here for your Cancun vacation!

Enjoyed our time there. Loved the fact that we had a private beach and pool. It’s an older condo but there’s nothing wrong with it. Great for a small family. Easy to get around. I recommend the bus. You hop on and then hop off where you want to go. Only a buck. We got picked up for our excursions right next door at the Aquamarina Hotel.

Exactly as advertised

Nice condo right on the beach. Secure with 24 hour security. Beach was nice and quiet compared to the busy resort beaches. The Pirate ships were very loud every evening but usually quiet by 10:30 or 11pm. Bring earplugs if you don't want to hear their music. The water in front of the condo is nice and clear but quite shallow with no waves. If you are wanting to body surf, you have to go to an east facing beach. One block to the bus stop, so easy ride into town or further up the hotel zone. No complaints.

Nice location with great views!

The Bellamar condos are a great value located close to the hotel zone, restaurants, and shops. My family stayed at the Bellamar for a month last summer and we've already booked to return again this summer! Nancy and Andy are very friendly and accommodating to their guests. They greeted us when we arrived and ensured we had everything we needed and even referred us to a personal driver. The photos here show these condos well and we very much appreciated that it was a small, private, gated community with 24-hr security. The security staff and people we met that lived in the condos were all friendly. We loved the views from our condo and having our own private pool and beach. The water is warm and calm which was perfect for our 22 month old to play in while we sat in lounge chairs relaxing. We had a great summer at the Bellamar and can't wait to go back again!

In 1995, I stayed in these condos with my 5 year old daughter to see if we could adjust to life in Mexico. By 1998, we were Cancun residents. We have been here for 27 years, I raised my family here and always said, one day I would own a condo in my Paradise. The apartment has recently been renovated and looks spectacular...but the view and the beach are really what sells this condo. There is nothing more beautiful than having the sun coming up in the Caribbean!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The beach is your backyard and right downstairs. You have easy public transportation at your fingertips, being steps from the bus stop, taxi site & the Xcaret ferry to Isla Mujeres. We are located on KM 4.5 of the hotel zone, which is a very quiet and more tranquil area than the hotel party zone area. Great for couples, and families looking to relax.

404 is the first unit I bought when we moved here, and we have just completely remodeled and updated the kitchen (DEC 2024). The view's from the balcony are what really sold me on this apartment. You have amazing views of the turquoise water, Isla Mujeres in the distance and if you are lucky the Mexican flag will be up! The condo is a private gated residential condominium with security 24/7. Parking on site is available.

My daughter Elizabeth helps me run the properties and is available to solve any issues during your stay. We definitely take pride in customer service and love for our guests to feel like they are at their home away from home.
