Access to the main balcony is from the master bedroom and living room, while the 2nd king suite has its own private balcony. Enjoy peaceful morning sunrise, gazing over the ocean the before getting the day started. Take advantage of the many windows which provide a beautiful ocean view from nearly every room. And the 2nd master bedroom suite has a private entry, microwave, mini-refrigerator, full bathroom with tub/walk in shower, and its own private balcony with a beautiful northern view of the ocean.

You will quickly feel right at home while enjoying meals in a fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlooking the southern ocean views. Cozy living room with access to the balcony, dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV. With 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms, this angle oceanfront retreat will accommodate up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and another king bed in the 2nd master bedroom (actually a King suite with private entry, mini fridge, microwave, full bathroom and private balcony).

Private Rental Exclusions
Guests may use the outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub at the Brighton Tower during their stay. However, the Kingston Plantation Resort fitness center facilities, Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

Daily housekeeping services are not included however arrangements may be made at an additional cost.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the east coast, is adjacent to the Kingston Plantation resort. The bait & tackle shop, arcade games, casual dining and nightly live entertainment throughout the summer make it a great place to go. The Myrtle Beach Airport is conveniently located only 13.5 miles away!

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.

Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed at any time.
