Our pristine VRBO features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room in each unit. We offer high speed WIFI, smart TV and other amenities... including an outside sound system.
Take a step on the patio and soak up South Florida's sunshine by laying out on the lounge chairs... Then take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (no jacuzzi) and enjoy the outdoor sundeck!

This specific listing is one unit of a four unit complex. The pool area is a shared space with other guests. All units on premises have access to the outdoor area, so there may be other guests present. It is a shared space outside, with pool, and BBQ area.

With this brand new and fully renovated 4 unit complex you have the option to rent out an individual unit or multiple units. The Beach Haven is the perfect place for a peaceful escape or a group getaway!! We are located in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea on the quiet street of Poinciana. (Note: We have three available units for rent. To book multiple units, please inquire with host)

Each unit is equipped with its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, comfortably sleeping 2/3. The living room & private bedroom feature flat screen smart TV’s as well as High-Speed WIFI. Unwind in the backyard, where you will find a pool, a sound system, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, high top tables, and a weber BBQ grill. The Beach Haven is right in Lauderdale By The Sea, just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and to town!

How far is the beach?
5 minute walk; we are situated between the Intracoastal and the ocean.

Do you have beach chairs and beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs and wagons can be found on side of the house (behind Unit One).
Beach towels will be found in bathroom.

Do you need parking permit for the beach?
No. The beach is a quick walk from the property. There are six parking spots available right out front. If you want to drive into town, you will have to pay at the meter.

Is the pool heated?
The temperature is set a 70* plus

Do you have a Hot Tub or Jacuzzi?
Jacuzzi and pool must be kept at the same temperature per insurance regulations.

Do you have pool towels and lounge chairs?
Yes. We have pool towels in the bathroom, and lounge chairs are outside by the pool.

Do you have a BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen?
For the use of the large BBQ grill in the outdoor kitchen, please notify the owners. (Further deposit applies)

-However, the small, separate BBQ grill is available to all guests without request.

Do we need to bring extra linens or towels?
No, the house has all the essentials and all extras can be found inside the linen closets.

Does the kitchen inside have all the essentials?
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, a Keurig coffee machine, paper towels, plates and cups, silverware, dish soap and basic condiments and spices. Please replenish after use.

Does the bathroom have all the essentials?
Yes. The bathroom is stocked with hair dryers, toilet paper, shampoo,
conditioner and body wash.

Note: we do not negotiate the pricing schedule. We kindly ask potential guests not to attempt to negotiate our pricing structure. We are competitively priced and it is our goal to provide a quality, safe, monitored, and elegant facility so our guests can enjoy an above average, vacation experience.

-Please be reminded that you must notify the management for the use of the outdoor kitchen, BBQ Grill cooktop, and outside electronics. (Further deposits may apply)

-10% of all profits go to (both) local and international charities!


GUEST DISCLAIMER AND ADVISOR

At beach haven it is our desire to provide our guests with a safe, clean and enjoyable experience at
Lauderdale by the sea. Unfortunately, there have been previous guests who have abused our property
to include destruction of equipment and the removal of items that belong to the Airbnb.
It is our attempt to run our facility property from a business prospective in an effort to create this positive experience for our guests. We would appreciate the same respect from our guests that they would expect from a guest invited into their home.
At beach haven our pool and outdoor area are also leasable for weddings, family gatherings, bar mitzvahs, birthday parties, etc for $400 deposit and a daily rate of $500. (This private area is available when there are no other bookings of the units and the entire property is booked for this event. This does not include the price of each unit.)

Please be advised that the rental of one or more units includes the following for our guests:

- The amazing unit you select as space as advertised
- The use of the sun deck to include the chairs, lounges and patio furniture on the west side and south side of the property.
- The pool at 70+ degrees.
- There is a Weber BBQ grill
- The outdoor sound system and channel selection
- The outdoor refrigerator and sink area
- Use of the covered pergola area
- Beach chairs, kayaks and beach wagon, located in the rear of unit one
- Patio swing

It does not include the following items:
-the outdoor kitchen grill and stove.
-The outdoor televisions
-The spa (due to insurance reasons the spa must be kept the same temperature as the pool)
-And the ‘fire pit”

This rental is for lease on a separate rental arrangement
Please be reminded that the property is for leasing guests only.
Unfortunately we have other guests who attempted to negotiate their rental price because they thought
these items were included and available to them. We’ve had individuals attempt to negotiate price
reductions for unfavorable weather etc. we’ve also had guests who’ve invited friends to the facility as
well. It is our desire to run our business efficiently to provide our guests with a positive experience at beach
haven. Please be sure to visit our beaches, our downtown area of Lauderdale by the sea as well.
Lauderdale by the sea is a safe, family oriented, entertaining and amazing location of Fort Lauderdale.
