Récemment mis à jour, spacieux, 1/1 / condo. 2e étage dans un petit immeuble pittoresque de 8 unités avec piscine privée. (Pas d'ascenseur)
Grande chambre avec lit King, Wi-Fi sans fil, câble, téléviseur intelligent de 50 pouces et à seulement 150 mètres de la plage. Beau balcon privé pour profiter de votre café du matin ou de votre cocktail de l'après-midi.

Au bout de la rue se trouve une épicerie, des liqueurs, des cafés, des sandwicheries, Dollar Tree, des Dunkin Donuts, des glaces et plus encore.
12-15 min à pied décontracté est le centre-ville avec jetée de pêche, bars, cafés, restaurants, musique live, crème glacée Kilwins, souvenirs, boulangerie, boutique de cigares, pizza, bijoutier, magasin de plongée et bien plus encore! Beaucoup de choses se passent ici tous les soirs.

Lauderdale by the sea est bien connue pour la plongée et la plongée en apnée. Les plages et les restaurants et la jetée de pêche sont toujours agréables.
C'est une petite ville balnéaire pittoresque avec le charme de la vieille Floride.

Vous pouvez Uber depuis l'aéroport et ne jamais avoir besoin d'une voiture. Tant de choses à faire à distance de marche.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an absolute wonderful stay. This is a great place, in the best location a short walking distance to restaurants, the beach and all the main attractions. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. My husband loves the fully equipped kitchen to prepare our fresh seafood dinners. We also loved all the new updates to the condo and the pool area. This was our 2nd year staying and are already looking forward to our next stay!

LBTS Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. After having to reschedule a few times, It was everything we were hoping it would be. The property was very clean and I enjoyed all the special touches that were added. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with every we needed to prepare meals in. Good location close to the Beach (walking distance) stores and restaurants. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again next time we’re in town.

Piece of Paradise

Just got back from an amazing stay in Lauderdale-by-the-sea! Michelle was so accommodating when it came to check-in and check-out allowed we got a few extra hours in around our travel time. Condo is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Felt like a true paradise! Perfect location! We love this area and could walk downtown, to the beach, and Publix is right there! The pool and neighbors were very welcoming. Rent-a-car was not really needed wish we Ubered from the Airport (30 minute drive). We lucked out and had ample sunshine did not want to leave. We are already planning out next trip! I highly recommend this rental.

Spacious condo, walk to the beach

This is a 1BR condo with king bed, spacious living room (we did not use the sofa bed), a balcony and a tight, but full kitchen that opens into the living room. It is located on the second (top) floor of a small building with about 10 apartments overall, that nonetheless has its own swimming pool - small, but workable. Plenty of parking. Michelle, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. She provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. The location is super-convenient. It is a quiet neighborhood of low-rise buildings, not upscale, but well-maintained. It is three small blocks from the beach - no more than 5-6 min walk. Publix is even closer. Lauderdale-on-the-sea "downtown" with some nightlife is about 10-12 min walk and has a choice of bars and restaurants. From the beach on the other side of the Anglin's pier (12-15 min walk) you can snorkel to the coral reef (about 300 feet from the beach); I loved that. Hope to stay here again!

Renovated, Clean, Comfortable, and a Quiet Location!

The apartment: The pictures do not do justice to this place. It actually looks better in real life. The apartment is newly renovated with a comfortable bed, sofas, 50" TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. It even had a mixer, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. The bed comfortable was one of the most comfortable we slept in (high threaded cotton). The towels in the bathroom were of high-quality William Sonoma. And it was also well equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. The location: This is by far one of the best locations in town. It's a short 5 mins walk to the beach, 3 mins to publix, and 8 mins to the main restaurant area of LBTS (Lauderdale-by-the-sea). The unit is located on the second floor and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The host: Michelle was one of the most responsive and caring hosts we've seen. Everything was ready for our arrival and any questions we had were answered within minutes (not even hours), even on a Sunday. We felt very cared for. Summary: We highly recommend this place and we would love to come back and stay here again next time we're in town!

Clean, cute and great location!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at Michelle’s place! She was very communicative every step of the way, from before checking in to our check out day. The apartment was incredibly clean and felt spacious and comfortable for the two of us. We didn't try to walk but felt close enough to the beach, las olas, and entertainment via a quick drive. However, coffee and the grocery store were within walking distance too so that was convenient! Michelle’s place will definitely be somewhere we’ll book again the next time we’re in Florida!

Amazing Property!

To start things off the property manager Michelle was just wonderful, during the booking process she made things very easy and straightforward, she was also super helpful assisting me in finding and suggesting things to do in the area, as well as letting me know good ways to get around transportation wise as I did not have a car there and have not done much traveling before! As for the rental itself it’s an absolutely stunning place, it is super clean, modern, and in a great location/ area. The place is much bigger than it appears in the pictures with much higher ceilings than I had anticipated which is a big plus for me as I am a tall person. The rental is equipped with ceiling fans and thermostat air conditioning which made for a very cool and comfortable experience. The balcony is a great place to sit out on at night and listen to the crickets and relax. Michelle even left me some amenities to get me started for the week like body soap, K cups for the Keurig, drinking water, and more, as well as a large home made handbook on the entire area which was very impressive and helpful! The hand book had in it everything you would need to know about the area including places to shop, eat, grab a drink, get some groceries, and much more! The place also had some beach equipment available for use which was a great and unexpected surprise! The pool outside is very well kept and clean, a perfect place to cool off if you don’t want to go down to the beach! Everything I needed including the beach was in very manageable walking distance from the rental and was in a very safe and welcoming area. I could not think any more highly of this place and the people managing it, and would absolutely recommend this place for anyone’s next vacation!

Guest never reached out to me stating he could not enter the property. He went directly to VRBO and canceled his stay. VRBO, nor guest reached out to me to give me a chance to rectify.

Come enjoy the quaintness of this small South Florida beach-y town. You're close enough to all the glitz and glam of Ft. Lauderdale, but you're out of the hustle bustle and the high costs.
