This house has it all: spacious, stylish, modern, quiet, and very reasonably priced! We've added all of the amenities that guests are looking for: From the hot tub to the entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you're here. The home was redesigned and furnished from the ground up to be a vacation home, so it isn't cluttered with any personal belongings of the owners and it has everything you need.

The home has a very modern open floorplan, which means that you and your group can be in adjoining rooms, yet still feel that you're spending time together since the rooms flow together well. There are two large TV rooms with several streaming channels like HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Video, Paramount+, Disney+, etc. The dining area seats 14 people and opens up to the back patio where there are additional dining seats. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you'll need to cook large meals for your family. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area but it's close to several great restaurants and grocery stores.

The home has two separate driveways with plenty of room for several cars. The private back yard is fully fenced with a 6-foot fence and has a large hot tub. There is a covered awning with two small tables. Dogs are welcome but require a small fee. No cats allowed. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.

IMPORTANT: In accordance with local vacation rental laws, this house cannot have more than 20 people in it. That includes children. The next-door neighbor is a county code compliance officer and he will definitely hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 20 people on the property. You will be leaving immediately and you will get no refunds. If he takes away our permit, you'll be responsible for the damages to our business.

Smelly House

I have to say the reason why I rented this house was the amount of rooms it had listed for my family to be able stay all together at. I had reservations with it having only one review, and by the looks of the house from the outside. The first thing we were hit with when we walked into the house was a terrible odor. Old House smell possibly? We thought maybe we could cover up the awful smell by burning candles. We began to be concerned that the smell could be gas. That was when we decided to check out the next day. We found another home not too far in a nicer area for less money. I thought the best part of our experience was the managers quick responses with me. Other then that, the house smelled terrible, the hot water didn't work in bathrooms on main floor, their was garbage left in one of the bedrooms in the trash can. The house offered lots of bedrooms but the space in the kitchen didn't work well with having that many guests.

We are not a huge company that will treat you like a number. We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guest's comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay isn't exactly as you want it, we're available 24 hours a day and we live nearby.

We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, one self-inflating twin bed kit, and one stroller on request free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, beds, or strollers can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. Please request these additional items ahead of time in order to guarantee their availability, as any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.
