This stunning one-bedroom apartment feels luxurious with its modern finishes, elegant furnishings and large windows boasting gorgeous views. Decorated in creams with beautiful artwork and pops of green throughout – this apartment truly is spectacular. The modern kitchen is open plan and fitted with all you may need to prepare some delicious meals at home, well, that’s if you can resist the tantalising restaurants nearby. The sleek white counter has three leather barstools for you to sit upon and enjoy your tasty creations. The spacious living area has a soft carpet, plush L-shaped sofa and green accent chair perfectly positioned in front of the big screen TV. Relax with your loved ones after a busy day out and watch a movie before turning in. The bedroom feels opulent and calming, featuring a queen bed fitted with Key Views signature hotel grade linen, a comfy armchair, TV, walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and en- suite bathroom. The bathroom has elegant marble floors, a huge bathtub, walk in shower and Key Views fluffy towels with hotel grade amenities. The apartment also has a guest bathroom, a washing machine and small room in case you need the additional storage space.

Please note that this apartment does not have a dishwasher.

The building has a state of the art gymnasium, swimming pool and one private on site car parking space.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
