Live in the American Caribbean here at our vacation home on 10th Street where it's sunny and warm!
Outside on the patio, you can enjoy the canal for fishing or docking your boat at the 37.5 foot dock. If you catch fish, you'll appreciate the fish cleaning station with running water right on the dock, and bait freezer in the garage. Plenty of poles are available for your use as well!
If you're not an ocean person, you'll enjoy privileges at the Cabana Club with a large, beautiful pool, hot tub, private beach, outdoor showers, game room and outdoor tiki bar for food and drinks. Sunset Park is a short walk from our home and not only provides beautiful views but also has a pier.
Open living area includes a large sitting room with television, dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings. The dining area is separated from the kitchen with an island that is a great place to use your computer with free Wi-Fi. The kitchen with granite counter tops is outfitted with all you need to cook or you can use the, new in the fall of 2022, propane grill out on the patio.
Two double sliding glass doors let the sun shine in for a bright, clean, tropical view. Large plants around the patio area and a fence between the duplex units give you plenty of privacy.
The master suite has a king size bed and a private bath with double sinks and a large walk in shower.
The middle bedroom has a double and a twin bed. Two closets in this room give you plenty of storage.
The 3rd bedroom also has a king size bed.
The middle and third bedrooms have 32 inch flat screen Roku TVs.
New mattresses and bedding throughout. There are multiple ceiling fans throughout the house. The entire house was also recently painted.
We open our home to all guest to enjoy and to share a wonderful experience in the Heart of the Florida Keys .
There is immediate access to either the ocean or the gulf via Vaca Cut close to the end of our canal.
This property is not handicap accessible. The garage is for storage ONLY. NO RVS OR MOTOR HOMES. This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles will fit. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. CITY OF KEY COLONY BEACH ONLY ALLOWS FOR ONE TRAILER AT A RENTAL PROPERTY.
Other amenities in Key Colony include walking and bike paths. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within walking distance of our home. There are bocce ball courts, a 3 par golf course, a playground for the kids, tennis courts and world class charter boats available. Boat rentals are also available
Rental cars are available at the Marathon Airport which is about 4 miles from the house. Taxi service is available all over the island at a very reasonable flat rate.
Key West is about one hour away. Ft. Lauderdale and Miami are about two and a half hours away.
We've tried to make this home as complete and easy to use as possible for your best vacation ever whether you stay for a week or a month!
Our house has been cleaned and will be cleaned after each guests departs following CDC Covid 19 guidelines .
We do require a signed rental agreement , a copy of drives license per city regulations and waiver for liability for use of bikes and watercraft before can accept a booking
